Server colocation is also available for customers who prefer to own their hardware while using professional Hong Kong data-center infrastructure. Configurations begin from 1U and extend to larger rack requirements, with power, network connectivity, IP allocation and monthly data transfer included according to package. Additional traffic, IP addresses and backup capacity can be added.

A separate High Availability / Disaster Recovery service can combine two similar servers in a primary and standby configuration. Data synchronization keeps the standby system ready, allowing services to be transferred when the primary server fails. This gives business customers an additional option for applications where recovery time is important.

Domain registration covers more than 80 extensions, including international generic TLDs, Hong Kong domains, Chinese internationalized domains and numerous country-code extensions. Some geographic extensions require local presence or supporting documentation, while local-contact assistance is available for certain registrations.

SSL certificates form a substantial part of the business. Nethub has operated its SSL certificate service since 2015, with more than 100 products from DigiCert, GeoTrust, Thawte, RapidSSL, Sectigo and GlobalSign.
