Shared hosting plans include free SSL protection, FTP logins (from 5 to unlimited) and databases (starting from 10 for the cheapest plan up to unlimited databases for the most expensive one). All hosting plans include: eCommerce solutions, free website builder and marketing tools.
Email hosting consists in three plans that have firewall against malware, exchange online storage, custom domain name with the possibility to access email from any browser or mobile device.

😠 I have been a customer of theirs's for the last 20 years. They were good at the beginning when you could actually phone them. Their support is completely worthless where the support person/chatbot spews out canned responses. I had issues with one of my MYsql DB. From the support responses , i felt that this person did not even know what a database was.
They have many customers that use their sites to send spam messages and so many email servers will block their IP address. This means that my legitimate email will not go through. They will do nothing about their blocked IP addresses even if you complain to their useless support people.
I am in the process of moving my websites to a different provider.
BTW, they won't refund ANYTHING back.
DO NOT USE NETFIRMS - All the negative reviews here are pretty accurate
