Nano IT is a Latvian hosting and infrastructure company founded in 2006, with operations centered in Riga, Latvia. The business operates as SIA "Nano IT", registration number 40003798684, and has developed a substantial local presence with more than 30,000 domains under management. SIA ROKOS GROUP became the company's 100% shareholder in February 2026.

Nano's current structure also reflects several earlier consolidations in the Latvian hosting market. LATVIJAS DATU CENTRS, SIA was absorbed in 2017, Makonix, SIA followed in 2019, and Yourserver, SIA was merged into Nano IT in 2022. This history has contributed to a service range extending well beyond basic website hosting into domains, virtual servers and colocation.

The Shared Hosting range is based in Latvia and consists of First, Complete, Full and Royal packages. Storage ranges from 5 GB to 200 GB SSD, while the number of supported websites increases from 2 to 25 depending on the package. Accounts include up to 200 mailboxes, spam and antivirus protection, free SSL certificates, automatic daily backups and cPanel administration. Complete and higher packages support unlimited databases, while the entry-level First package includes one database.

Website and email migration from another hosting provider is available without an additional migration fee. Customers can also switch between shared-hosting packages from the client area, with upgrades charged according to the difference between the existing and new package.

Nano provides Domain Registration for a broad range of national and generic extensions, including .lv, .com, .net, .org and .eu. Domain transfers are also supported, and transfers generally include an additional year of registration where the registry policy permits it. Customers purchasing Complete, Full or Royal hosting for a full year can qualify for a free domain registration from the supported extension list.

The current VPS range uses KVM virtualization and SSD storage. Available configurations start with 1 vCPU, 1 GB RAM and 10 GB SSD and extend to 2 vCPU, 8 GB RAM and 160 GB SSD. A separate VMware-based virtual-server range remains available, with configurations ranging from 512 MB to 4 GB RAM. KVM is the more current and flexible VPS platform in the company's lineup.

Colocation Hosting is another important part of Nano's infrastructure business. Customers can colocate individual 1U or 2U servers or rent capacity for a complete rack. Individual server packages include a 1 Gbps connection, 220 W of guaranteed power and one IPv4 address. Full-rack service provides two 1 Gbps connections, 5 kW of guaranteed power, 22 power sockets and 16 IP addresses. Additional rack space, Ethernet ports, IPv4 addresses, electrical capacity and secondary power-supply connections can be added when required.

The website is available in Latvian, English and Russian, making the service accessible to both local and international customers. Pricing is primarily displayed in EUR, and consumer prices include VAT.

Nano is therefore particularly suitable for customers who want domains, website hosting, VPS services and physical server infrastructure from the same Latvian provider rather than maintaining those services with several unrelated companies.
