*📜 Plan description

A high-capacity enterprise email plan with 6400 email accounts and 640 GB, equal to 640000 MB, of total storage. The plan price is 4694.95 USD per year and the plan must be purchased on a yearly schedule rather than month to month. NameBright email plans are yearly mailbox plans for domains registered at NameBright. Plans cannot be purchased on a monthly basis, and renewal is handled once per year with an automatic-renewal process scheduled around two weeks before expiration. Every plan includes a defined number of email addresses and a defined total storage pool, with free webmail, free antivirus, and free spam filtering. POP3 access is available for mail clients such as Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird, and mobile devices, using POP.NameBrightMail.com for incoming mail and SMTP.NameBrightMail.com for outgoing mail. Webmail remains synchronized with the on-server inbox and can be used to remove messages when storage needs to be freed. IMAP is treated as a beta capability and is only associated with more sophisticated plans, so POP3 and webmail are the reliable baseline across the email product family. Mail can be managed from the NameBright control panel, where free email forwarding can also forward incoming mail to another destination address. Plans can be upgraded or downgraded later, with previous payments credited toward upgrades and downgrade protection preventing a move to a smaller plan when existing account count or assigned storage is too high. The email platform supports wildcard-based disposable addresses and category-based email accounts across groups of domains. Use of the service is subject to anti-spam rules, and email services are only available for domain names currently registered at NameBright. If billing remains delinquent for more than two months after cancellation or payment failure, email account data can be deleted and may not be recoverable. Support is handled through the knowledge base, contact form, email workflow, and phone office contact.

📄 Editorial Review

NameBright is a U.S.-based domain registrar and related-services provider headquartered in Denver, Colorado. The company operates under NameBright.com Inc., a Colorado corporation, and is part of TurnCommerce (turncommerce.com), the Denver domain-business group behind HugeDomains (hugedomains.com), DropCatch (dropcatch.com) and Expire.com (expire.com). NameBright’s public registrar launch is commonly tied to 2013, while the parent company, TurnCommerce, dates back to 2003. The founders associated with the business are Andrew Reberry and Jeffrey Reberry.

NameBright is not a classic shared hosting, VPS, cloud server or dedicated-server provider. Its core strength is domain registration, especially for customers who manage many domains and need bulk tools, transfers, DNS management, account delegation, WHOIS privacy, domain forwarding, email forwarding, SSL certificates and API access. This makes it more attractive for domain investors, agencies and portfolio owners than for someone looking for cPanel hosting or managed WordPress hosting.

Their service range includes Domain Registration, Bulk Domain Search, Domain Transfers, WHOIS lookup, DNS management, Free URL forwarding, Free email forwarding, Email Hosting, SSL Certificates, Premium / Aftermarket Domains, WHOIS Privacy, and a REST API for automated domain registration and management. API access requires a funded account and is designed for advanced users who want to automate registrations, contact updates, nameserver changes and portfolio operations.

Email is one of the few hosted-service products available beyond domains. NameBright offers small personal mailbox plans up to very large enterprise-style plans with thousands of accounts and large pooled storage. Plans include webmail, antivirus, spam filtering, POP access, disposable email features, category-level email accounts and yearly billing. IMAP is referenced as limited or beta depending on plan context, so customers who require modern mailbox synchronization should verify that the specific plan supports it before moving production email.

A notable advantage is the in-house control environment. NameBright’s panel includes features that matter to domain professionals: linked accounts with granular permissions, account security logs, domain change history, bulk management, category-level settings, WHOIS counters, domain/URL forwarding and API support. The downside is that parts of the product and support area still use the older legacy.namebright.com interface. It is functional and information-rich, but it can feel dated compared with modern registrar dashboards.

Website language is English. Currency is USD. There is no evidence of localized multi-language versions for customers outside the United States.
