📄 Editorial Review

NamaDomain.com is one of Indonesia’s long-established domain registration and shared hosting providers, with operations dating back to 1999. The business is operated by PT. Dotcom Solusi Kreatif and continues to serve the Indonesian market with domain registration, domain transfers, Linux hosting, Windows hosting, email services, SSL-related products, domain forwarding, Whois privacy, website-building tools, and web-development services.

The service is mainly aimed at Indonesian customers. The website and ordering information are primarily in Indonesian, with prices generally expressed in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) and, for domain services, through the company’s internal UKR — Unit Kredit Register system. No complete multi-language/localized storefront exists, so international users should expect most account, product, payment, and support information to be handled in Indonesian.

The main hosting portfolio consists of Linux and Windows shared hosting. Linux hosting is divided into Personal, Starter, Professional, Business, and Corporate packages. The smaller Personal package provides 310 MB of total storage, 30 MB of web space, 1 GB of monthly traffic, and five email accounts. Larger packages gradually add more web space, bandwidth, databases, domains, subdomains, and email capacity. SMTP, FTP, webmail, statistics, file management, PHP support, and hosting administration are included across the range.

Windows hosting follows a similar Personal-to-Corporate structure and adds Microsoft-oriented technologies such as ASP/.NET and MS SQL alongside PHP and MySQL. The Windows environment still references Windows Server 2012 R2, while the Linux service references Plesk 11. Both are technologies from an older hosting generation, so customers opening a new account should confirm the exact operating system, PHP version, database versions, TLS support, and control-panel version currently provisioned.

Hosting quotas are modest compared with contemporary mass-market shared hosting. Even the larger packages remain designed more for conventional websites, company pages, email, and smaller business applications than for storage-intensive or high-traffic projects.

Annual hosting packages include a .COM domain registration for the first year. Domain services extend beyond basic registration and include DNS forwarding, direct and framed domain forwarding, Whois privacy, and domain-management services.

Email-related options include additional mailboxes and other mail services, while the broader Dotcom business has also offered dedicated mail-server and enterprise-oriented email solutions. Website-related services include web design, responsive development, web applications, and other digital-development work. A website builder with hundreds of templates has also been available to hosting customers.

NamaDomain has considerable history in the Indonesian hosting and domain market. During the early development of the Dotcom group, the operation grew to manage tens of thousands of domain names and several internet properties. That long operating history remains one of the company’s strongest characteristics.

The website itself retains an older desktop-oriented design, narrow page layouts, legacy navigation, and technical terminology from earlier hosting generations. It is functional, but it does not provide the streamlined responsive ordering experience now common among newer hosting providers.
