MSERWIS is a Polish web hosting, domain, SSL, and software-development company from Wrocław with roots going back to 2002. The current legal operator is DOMENY.TV MSERWIS Sp. z o.o., combining hosting infrastructure with the Domeny.tv domain-registration business and an in-house software-development operation. This gives customers a wider range of services than conventional shared hosting, including domains, SSL certificates, WordPress maintenance, custom development, e-commerce projects, VPS hosting, and managed server administration.

The main hosting portfolio consists of ULTRA Hosting, BIZNES Hosting, VPS, and Managed VPS. Domain services cover around 1,148 domain extensions, giving customers access to country-code and generic extensions through the same company ecosystem. The SSL portfolio includes DV, OV, EV, Wildcard, MultiDomain, Code Signing, Code Signing EV, VMC, and CMC certificates, together with ACME-based certificate automation.

ULTRA Hosting is the performance-oriented shared-hosting range. It uses AMD EPYC 4564P processors and NVMe storage configured in RAID 10, with clearly assigned CPU, RAM, and I/O resources. ULTRA-M includes 30 GB NVMe, 1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, and 2,000 IOPS; ULTRA-L increases this to 100 GB NVMe, 2 vCPU, 3 GB RAM, and 5,000 IOPS; while ULTRA-XL reaches 200 GB NVMe, 4 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, and 10,000 IOPS. Monthly data transfer is unlimited across the ULTRA range.

The ULTRA environment works particularly well for WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Joomla, and Drupal. Nginx reverse-proxy caching operates alongside Apache, while AccelerateWP and Redis Object Cache are available for WordPress optimization. Accounts use CloudLinux isolation and Imunify360 protection and support MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Git, SSH/SFTP, and PHP versions from 7.4 through 8.5. Node.js, Python, and Ruby on Rails applications can also be run from the hosting environment.

BIZNES Hosting is better suited to customers who need broader software compatibility, including older PHP applications. HardenedPHP keeps legacy PHP releases from 5.3 onward usable with additional security maintenance, while newer PHP versions through 8.5 are also supported. This makes BIZNES useful for companies maintaining older websites or business applications that cannot yet be upgraded.

BIZNES ranges from the ECO account with 5 GB SSD and 10 GB monthly transfer to the VIP package with 500 GB SSD, unlimited traffic, 4 vCPU, 3 GB RAM, and 1,000 IOPS. PRO and VIP include unlimited transfer, while the plans allow multiple domains, mailboxes, and MySQL databases within the assigned account resources. Higher plans also include advanced DNS management and DNSSEC.

Both shared-hosting families include automatic Let's Encrypt certificates through AutoSSL, SPF and DKIM for email authentication, POP3/IMAP/Webmail access, antispam and antivirus filtering, two-factor authentication, Git, and WordPress-management tools. Incremental backups are created every day on external backup infrastructure and retained for 14 days. ULTRA customers can manage restorations through JetBackup, while BIZNES includes restoration under its applicable service conditions.

The VPS platform is designed for customers who need root access and guaranteed virtual resources. Systems operate on Intel Xeon Gold infrastructure and can use SSD or NVMe storage. AlmaLinux and Debian are available among the standard operating-system choices, while CloudLinux can be added commercially. Each VPS includes one IPv4 address, 3 TB monthly transfer, guaranteed CPU and RAM, root access, and scalable resources. Additional IPv4 addresses are available as paid options.

Customers who prefer not to administer Linux themselves can use Managed VPS. This service covers initial server configuration, ongoing optimization, security work, and administration by the MSERWIS technical team. Managed configurations can include cPanel or DirectAdmin, CloudLinux, and Imunify360 depending on requirements. Server migration can also be handled by MSERWIS.

Migration is one of the more useful practical advantages. Eligible transfers can include website files, MySQL databases, mailboxes, account configuration, and domain-related changes while minimizing interruption. Customers moving from another hosting provider can also receive additional service time corresponding to unused hosting at the previous provider, up to six months.

The SSL catalog includes products from RapidSSL, GeoTrust, Sectigo, and DigiCert. MSERWIS is an authorized DigiCert partner. Shared-hosting customers already have access to free Let's Encrypt SSL, while the commercial certificate range is appropriate for companies needing organization validation, extended validation, multidomain protection, code signing, or verified-brand email certificates.

WordPress customers can use more than ordinary hosting. Services include WordPress Hosting, WordPress Care, WordPress Repair, Optimization, SEO, and custom WordPress development. The software-development division also builds custom websites, web applications, Progressive Web Apps, product configurators, and WHMCS integrations and can handle malware removal and application-performance work.
