The Echo server service uses two synchronized machines. The secondary system mirrors the operating system, data, partitions, services, scripts, and IP configuration of the primary server. When the primary machine becomes unavailable, the secondary server can take over, making this one of the more useful options for projects where ordinary backup restoration would take too long.

Mhgoz also provides server management and security as a separate service. Advanced administration covers proactive monitoring, firewall configuration, malware removal, operating-system updates, log analysis, database backups, DNS repair, server optimization, security hardening, and emergency communication by telephone or SMS.

Basic administration is already included with selected VPS, cloud, and dedicated-server packages. Windows servers can be supplied, although Windows system administration is not included in the regular management service.

The website maintenance package covers software and security updates, repair work, unlimited maintenance requests, downtime notifications, analytics and search-tool monitoring, and monthly reporting.
