Maxnet is a Ukrainian telecom operator and gigabit internet provider that has gradually evolved, since 2002, into a full-spectrum communications and infrastructure company. Based in Kharkiv, they run their own fiber network and combine mass-market services for home users with business-oriented solutions such as data-center capacity, hosting and corporate connectivity. Alongside gigabit internet and TV, they also offer SIP telephony with local and 0800 numbers, video surveillance systems, cloud services and a comprehensive data-center portfolio including SSD hosting, virtual servers, domains and colocation.

A key differentiator is that Maxnet comes from the telecom side rather than pure web hosting. They emphasise their own fiber-optic backbone built on FTTB/FTTH technology, managed switches, and redundant direct channels to both Eastern and Western Europe.
