Linux shared hosting is centered around cPanel and SSD storage. The Starter package includes 10 GB storage, 100 GB bandwidth and support for one website, while Personal increases the resources to 100 GB storage, unlimited bandwidth and three websites. Expert is intended for users needing substantially more room and supports unlimited storage, bandwidth and websites under normal usage conditions. The environment includes multiple PHP versions, MySQL/MariaDB and PostgreSQL support, email accounts, POP3/IMAP, webmail, SPF/DKIM, SpamAssassin, DNS management and SSH access where supported by the package.

Application deployment is straightforward through Softaculous, with more than 100 applications available for one-click installation. WordPress Toolkit provides additional WordPress management functionality, while SiteJet offers a visual website-building option without requiring customers to work directly with code.

Windows shared hosting uses Plesk, Windows Server 2019 and IIS. ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC and Microsoft SQL Server support make this side of the service useful for websites and applications built specifically around Microsoft technologies. Windows hosting follows a similar Starter, Personal and Expert structure and includes email hosting, database facilities, SSL and website-management tools.

Reseller accounts support white-label operation, custom/private nameservers, domain reselling, SSL certificates, Softaculous and WHMCS on eligible packages. Linux reseller servers use high-capacity configurations with dual processors, up to 256 GB RAM, 1 Gbps connectivity and access to a 160 Gbps backbone, giving these packages significantly more substance than a conventional shared account with additional disk space.

Linux VPS hosting starts with 2 CPU cores, 2 GB RAM, 30 GB storage, 5 TB transfer and one IP address. CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian and AlmaLinux are available, with full root access and optional cPanel or DirectAdmin management. VPS locations extend across the United States, Europe, Asia and Australia, which gives customers more geographic choice than the shared-hosting range.

Windows VPS starts with a similar entry-level resource configuration and supports Windows Server 2019 and 2022. Administrative RDP access, IIS and Microsoft SQL Server Express are available, while Plesk can be added when a graphical hosting-management interface is preferred.

Dedicated hosting is available for both Linux and Windows environments. Free-domain benefits are available with qualifying hosting packages rather than with every service.

SSL options range from the free SSL included with hosting to paid single-domain, wildcard and multi-domain certificates. Dedicated IP addresses can also be ordered separately. Customers wanting a finished website rather than hosting alone can choose website-design packages, while SiteJet provides a drag-and-drop alternative integrated with supported hosting control panels.
