😞 Sudden Deterioration in Lypha Services
We have been hosting with them for nearly 19 years but are now on the verge of exit.
Barring terrible silence in between at times, they have been generally good to us. Partly our demands are not too stringent.
But lately, say in the last two months, their services have deteriorated TERRIBLY. They have become incommunicado, almost as it LYPHA IS SHUT DOWN.
A company that doesn't value its customers of two decades standing doesn't deserve their patronage. If a good host is reading this please reach out to us at info@ {our domain}.
And if LYPHA is reading this there is still a little time for you to salvage this relationship.

Terrible customer service and billing. I used them since 2005. I paid 4 year at a time, twice they had suspended the account without any email reminder for renewal. No phone support, and they never answer phone nor return phone messages..We have to email to support. I stopped using my email under my website, because it has to go through hoops for anybody to email us, and it has too many spams. Over the years, it has happened many times that we could not receive emails. Now I am trying to use a different hosting company, I could not get anyone to answer so I can retrieve my files. This is a terrible company. DO NOT USE

We have been hosting with Lypha and I am very satisfied with their service. What started as 'looking for a cheap hosting company' which Lypha I think (still) is, appeared to be a company that over the years provided very good service. Of course also Lypha has issues with their computers, but whenever sending a ticket or an e-mail, there is a response within hours where mostly the issue is already solved. My compliments!
