Login.by is a Belarusian web hosting, server infrastructure, cybersecurity and managed IT provider operating since 2011. The service was founded by Vladislav Petiukevich, whose original sole-proprietor registration dates to May 2011. The business started in Gomel and later continued through the Minsk-based company LLC "Rekun Technology," registered in 2019 under UNP 193217272.

Customer services, prepaid commitments and operating responsibilities were formally transferred from the original sole proprietor to LLC "Rekun Technology" on November 25, 2024. Vladislav Sharpio serves as director of the current legal entity. Login.by expanded again in November 2025 when the hosting division of BayCenter transferred its customer-service obligations to Rekun Technology, allowing those customers to continue through the Login.by platform.

The current portfolio extends far beyond basic shared hosting. It includes shared hosting, specialized 1C-Bitrix hosting, landing-page hosting, LXC VPS, KVM VDS, dedicated servers, GPU servers, protected infrastructure, S3-compatible storage, backup capacity, email-delivery infrastructure, SSL certificates, website monitoring, Web Application Firewall protection, managed IT services, DevOps/SRE administration and AI knowledge-base solutions.

Shared Hosting is divided into the S-5, S-10 and S-20 packages. The entry-level S-5 plan supports five domains and ten databases, with 5 GB of SSD storage, unlimited traffic, backups, DDoS filtering, antivirus protection, automatic application installation, 2 vCPU and 2 GB RAM. Larger packages increase capacity to 20 domains, 20 GB SSD storage, 4 vCPU and 4 GB RAM. Each package includes a 14-day trial period.

The shared environment uses ISPmanager and supports several PHP branches, including PHP 7.4 through PHP 8.2. Free SSL certificates, daily backups, CMS installation tools and unlimited traffic are included. The plans are suitable for blogs, company websites, content-management systems and smaller online stores, although customers deploying new applications should confirm the currently maintained PHP versions before placing an order.

1C-Bitrix Hosting is available through the B-1, B-3 and B-10 packages. These plans support between one and ten domains and include from 15 GB to 60 GB of SSD storage. Computing resources increase from 2 vCPU and 2 GB RAM to 4 vCPU and 4 GB RAM. The hosting environment is optimized for Bitrix installations, while backup copies are stored separately from the production account. ISPmanager is included for account administration.

Landing Hosting provides inexpensive hosting for one-page websites, advertising campaigns and compact promotional projects. L-5 is purchased annually and supports five domains with 2 GB of SSD storage. L-10 and L-20 increase storage and domain capacity, with the largest option supporting 20 domains and 10 GB of SSD space. These plans can accommodate several landing pages without requiring a larger conventional hosting account.

Belarusian businesses can also order BelGIE website registration assistance. Commercial websites operating within Belarus may need registration with the State Inspectorate for Telecommunications, and Login.by handles the application procedure for a one-time fee. Processing can take up to 15 business days.

The virtual-server portfolio begins with LXC VPS. VC configurations range from 1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM and 20 GB of NVMe storage to 8 vCPU, 16 GB RAM and 100 GB of NVMe storage. Backup allocations begin at 40 GB and increase to 200 GB, with no stated limit on the number of retained backup copies. IPv4, IPv6, DDoS filtering, unlimited traffic and basic administration are included. LXC instances are managed through Proxmox VE, while ISPmanager can be licensed separately.

KVM VDS plans provide stronger workload isolation for customers requiring their own kernel, custom operating systems or full administrative control. The VM range starts with VM-1 and extends to VM-8. Dedicated Bitrix configurations and virtual servers inside an attested security perimeter are also available.

The protected-contour VDS and attested dedicated-server options are intended for organizations processing personal information or working under Belarusian information-security regulations. These environments add isolated network segments, controlled administrative access, security logging and infrastructure aligned with the requirements of the Belarusian Operational and Analytical Center.

Low-Cost Servers occupy the space between ordinary VPS hosting and traditional dedicated infrastructure. Configurations begin with KS-20, which includes 1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM and 40 GB of NVMe storage. The largest KS-100 configuration reaches 16 vCPU, 16 GB RAM and 1 TB of storage. These KVM-based systems include backups, DDoS protection, IPv6 support and basic administration.

Several newer service sections contain residual English template wording alongside the main Russian content, while some tariff blocks are repeated across unrelated products. The services remain technically detailed, but the invoice, formal price list and applicable public agreement provide the most dependable commercial terms.

Dedicated Servers can be configured with NVMe SSDs or high-capacity HDD storage, large memory allocations and modern AMD processors. Standard configurations include AMD Ryzen 7 5700G, Ryzen 7 9700X, Ryzen 9 5950X and Ryzen 9 9950X systems with 64 GB or 128 GB RAM. Electricity and unlimited traffic are included, while customers receive root access and can select their operating system and software environment.

GPU Dedicated Servers add graphics accelerators for artificial intelligence, machine learning, 3D rendering, scientific calculation, computer vision, engineering simulations, video processing and cloud gaming. Available accelerator options include NVIDIA RTX 5060, RTX 5070 Ti, RTX 5090 and RTX 6000 Ada cards. Multiple-GPU configurations, modified cooling and liquid-cooling arrangements can be prepared for demanding deployments.

The cloud portfolio includes S3-compatible object storage. Data is distributed across three Belarusian data centers, capacity can be expanded as required, and applications connect through the S3 API. A 14-day test period is included. The service is suitable for backup repositories, application assets, archives and other object-based workloads.

A separate data-center-independent infrastructure solution distributes virtual environments across at least two geographically separated facilities. Real-time replication, retained network addressing, high-speed inter-site connections and automated restart procedures reduce dependence on one building. This arrangement is particularly relevant for Belarusian organizations that need geographically redundant domestic infrastructure without moving workloads to an international public cloud.

The RAGflow platform provides private AI assistants based on company documents. Procedures, contracts, product information and internal knowledge bases can be indexed so the system can answer questions using the organization’s own content. Practical applications include employee onboarding, customer support, contract searches, internal knowledge management and e-commerce assistance. The minimum subscription period is one month, although a clearly separated product-specific tariff is not available.

U-Check is a monitoring platform for HTTP and HTTPS endpoints, TCP services, keyword checks, JSON requests, WebSockets, ping, DNS records, Steam game servers and Docker containers. It includes Telegram notifications, configurable checks at intervals as low as approximately 20 seconds, SSL-expiration alerts, public status pages, proxy support and two-factor authentication.

U-Protect combines a Web Application Firewall with access control, network isolation, attack logging and load balancing. It supports unlimited domains, begins with at least 300 guaranteed requests per second, includes international traffic and can initially operate in monitoring mode before active blocking is enabled. Security rules are configured after analyzing the customer’s traffic and attack patterns.

Additional services include GlobalSign SSL certificates, external backup storage, outbound transactional and marketing email delivery, server migration, IT accompaniment, one-time system-administration work, DevOps/SRE administration and continuous infrastructure monitoring. The email-delivery service supports SMTP and HTTP API integration, dedicated sending addresses, SPF configuration, anti-spam controls, delivery statistics and IP warming.

The main website has a modern, responsive layout rather than an outdated fixed-width hosting design. The interface is primarily available in Russian. Product currencies can be displayed in BYN or USD, although contracts, local payments and most displayed pricing remain centered on Belarusian rubles. Some duplicated components, unfinished tariff sections and conflicting figures make careful invoice verification important.
