Linesis is a long-established Turkish domain registrar, web hosting provider and server infrastructure company. Its software and internet operations began in 1998 through Niva Yazılım Ltd. Şti., while the wider business history includes hardware companies dating back to 1993. Linesis Communications Free Port Ltd was established in Northern Cyprus in 2012, creating a structure in which international sales, invoicing and accounting are connected to the Northern Cyprus company, while software development, call-center operations and technical support are handled from Bursa through Niva Yazılım.

The service range is considerably broader than that of a typical shared hosting provider. Customers can choose from Linux hosting, Windows hosting, cPanel hosting, economy packages, corporate hosting, Linux and Windows reseller plans, email hosting, WordPress, Joomla, OpenCart and SMF hosting, domain registration, Turkish-character domains, SSL certificates, VPS/VDS, dedicated servers, colocation and the Siteyap website builder.

Linux hosting uses AlmaLinux or CloudLinux together with DirectAdmin. Packages range from small single-website accounts to larger plans supporting two websites with unlimited storage and traffic allowances. Email functionality includes POP, SMTP and IMAP access, Turkish webmail, forwarding, autoresponders, catch-all addresses, mailing lists, antivirus protection and spam filtering.
