*📜 Plan description
Walk costs EUR 6 per month for an individual agency project. It has web storage subject to fair use, ten databases with a 2.5 GB limit each, ten mailboxes of 10 GB each and one 512 MB application component. The included caches are 64 MB APCu, 64 MB OPcache, 128 MB Varnish page cache and 64 MB Redis or Memcached object cache. SSH management and APM are available. Walk fits informational sites with modest backend processing and does not include the full isolated staging environment reserved for Run and Fly. Webshops and memory-intensive components benefit from an upgrade.
Agency Hosting is managed reseller hosting with a clear cost for each website project. All three packages allow unlimited linked domains and data traffic, with web storage subject to a fair use policy, free automatically renewed SSL certificates and 30-day backup retention. The proprietary control panel supports reusable package configurations, client read-only access, an API, activity logs, automatic test URLs, SSH keys, PHP version selection, phpMyAdmin, cron jobs, DNS records and APM. Authenticated website mail, DKIM and MailPit testing are available. Level27 maintains the systems, WAF and DDoS defenses. Its two Tier 3+ Belgian data centers are in Brussels or Antwerp, with a stated 99.999% infrastructure uptime guarantee. Prices exclude VAT and additional SLA services have separate charges.

📄 Editorial Review
Level27 is a Belgian web hosting, managed infrastructure and cloud-services company founded in 2005 by Peter Fastré. The level27.be domain dates from December 2004, while Level27 VOF officially started operations on April 1, 2005. The business later evolved into Level27 BV and is headquartered in Hasselt, Belgium.Expansion has included several acquisitions. Weble joined Level27 in 2010, followed by Ghent-based SiteHosting in 2019. Atmos Hosting and X-plose were acquired in October 2024, while managed-services specialist Xenius followed in July 2025. The Xenius transaction increased the combined organization to approximately 25 specialists and further expanded Level27's managed IT and infrastructure capabilities.
Level27 is primarily oriented toward professional and business customers rather than low-cost mass-market hosting. Its portfolio includes Shared Web Hosting, Domain Registration, Agency / Reseller Hosting, Managed Servers, Dedicated Hosting, Managed Cloud Servers, Public Cloud Management and Virtual Desktop infrastructure. Services are structured around SMEs, digital agencies and larger enterprises.
The website is available in Dutch and English, and services are priced in EUR. Level27 also holds ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, adding formal quality-management and information-security controls to its technical platform.
SME Hosting is divided into Start, Business and Pro packages. Start includes 20 GB of web storage, 10 mailboxes with 10 GB each, daily backups retained for 30 days and one-click WordPress installation. Business increases capacity to 100 GB of storage and 25 mailboxes with 25 GB each while adding Varnish and Redis caching, staging and migration assistance. Pro reaches 250 GB of web storage and 50 mailboxes with 150 GB each, together with larger resource allocations, stronger caching and one-to-one training.
The shared environment includes developer-oriented functions that go considerably beyond basic website hosting. SSH keys, cron jobs, phpMyAdmin, automated DNS administration and application-performance monitoring are supported, together with WordPress and Drupal installation. An open-source website builder is also available, and free Let's Encrypt SSL certificates are included. PHP compatibility currently extends from PHP 5.6 through PHP 8.3, so applications requiring newer releases should confirm availability before migration.
Agency Hosting is Level27's reseller-oriented platform and is available as Walk, Run and Fly. Walk includes unlimited web storage under fair-use conditions, 10 databases of up to 2.5 GB each, 10 mailboxes with 10 GB each and Redis/Varnish caching. Run increases database limits to 5 GB and adds larger application resources, a protected staging environment and additional components. Fly is designed for substantially heavier projects, supporting databases up to 25 GB, larger caches, up to 50 mailboxes and further application components.
Agency accounts also include unlimited linked domains and traffic, SSL, backups, WAF protection, DDoS protection, application monitoring, SSH access, test URLs, API access and reusable hosting-package configurations. The result is particularly suitable for web agencies managing multiple client projects that require consistent deployments and stronger automation than a traditional reseller account.
For applications that have outgrown shared hosting, Managed Server and Dedicated Hosting can be built around four architecture models: Single, Split, Balanced and Redundant. Single provides the entry configuration, Split separates application services across multiple systems, Balanced distributes workloads further, while Redundant introduces additional high-availability capabilities.
Infrastructure availability for these managed architectures reaches 99.999%. Application-level availability depends on architecture, with 99.9% for Single and Split, 99.95% for Balanced and 99.97% for Redundant. Geographic redundancy can distribute infrastructure between Brussels and Antwerp, reducing dependence on a single location.
Managed environments can be combined with Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond service levels. Depending on the SLA, these include monitoring, root-cause analysis, incident reporting, SLA reporting, security updates, vulnerability monitoring, DDoS protection, traffic scrubbing, VPN access, more frequent backups and access to a 24/7 emergency channel for business-critical incidents.
For larger companies, Managed Cloud Servers extend the same approach to single-server and clustered infrastructure. Public Cloud Management covers architecture, monitoring, administration and cost optimization of third-party public-cloud environments. Supported deployments include AWS and Microsoft Azure, while hybrid designs can also combine public cloud with Level27 infrastructure or customer-owned systems.
Virtual Desktop services provide centrally managed Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop environments. Applications and data remain centralized, backups can be administered centrally, and Microsoft licensing can be incorporated into the service.
Domain registration is integrated into the same ecosystem. Common extensions such as .be, .nl, .eu, .com and .net are available, with automatic renewal and DNSSEC support. A registered domain can also be combined with a professional mailbox and a simple landing page, making it possible to establish a basic business presence before moving to a complete hosting package.
