Klikserver is an Indonesian infrastructure provider established in 2014 and operated by PT. Bandhawa Tri Tirta. The company is headquartered in Jakarta, with additional operations in Bandung. Dranatha Anward is a co-founder and CEO, while Asep Herasukwana serves as CTO. The business operates with a relatively compact team of approximately 11–50 employees.

Klikserver concentrates on server and data center infrastructure rather than entry-level website hosting. Its main services are Dedicated Servers, Cloud VPS, Server Colocation, Rack Colocation, and Managed Servers. Customers can also purchase domains, SSL certificates, external backup capacity, server-security software, operating-system licenses, control-panel licenses, additional colocation equipment, and cross-connect services.

The Dedicated Server portfolio ranges from affordable Intel Core systems to Xeon E3, Xeon E5, Xeon Silver, dual-processor, and AMD EPYC configurations. Storage options include SSD, NVMe, and larger hard-drive arrays, making the service suitable for websites, databases, virtualization, enterprise applications, storage platforms, and private cloud deployments.

Dedicated servers include full access to the installed hardware, root or administrator credentials, one usable IPv4 address, reverse DNS, bandwidth monitoring, and remote IPMI or KVM management through a private VPN. Both Linux and Windows Server installations are supported. Standard activation normally takes place within one business day after payment.

The default dedicated-server service is unmanaged. Klikserver remains responsible for the physical hardware, network connection, hardware replacement, remote power operations, and IPMI or KVM access, while the customer manages the operating system and installed applications. Businesses without an experienced system administrator can add managed administration.

The Cloud VPS platform uses KVM virtualization and NVMe storage. Available plans range from small virtual servers with 2 GB RAM to substantially larger instances with as much as 64 GB RAM, multiple virtual CPU cores, and up to 1 TB of NVMe capacity.

Each VPS includes full root access, one IPv4 address, reverse DNS, and unmetered traffic subject to reasonable-use conditions. Customers receive access to a cloud-management console where they can start, stop, reboot, reinstall, and monitor the virtual machine. Custom ISO installation is available for specialized operating systems and appliance deployments.

Common installation templates include CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu, and other Linux distributions. Windows configurations can also be arranged when the required license is purchased.

Klikserver’s Server Colocation service accommodates mini PCs, Intel NUC systems, and conventional 1U, 2U, and 4U servers. Customers requiring more capacity can rent 10U, 20U, or complete 42U and 45U racks.

Colocation packages include power allocation, public IP addresses, reverse DNS, bandwidth monitoring, and remote-hands assistance. Physical data center access is available around the clock under the facility’s access and security procedures.

Rack-colocation customers receive multiple power outlets, larger IP allocations, and copper or fiber network handoffs according to the selected configuration. Organizations with their own ASN and portable IP resources can arrange BGP announcements through Klikserver’s network.

The Managed Server service can be used with dedicated servers, colocated systems, and VPS instances operating inside Klikserver’s infrastructure. It includes continuous host monitoring, operating-system and network configuration, service troubleshooting, security maintenance, and intervention through IPMI or KVM when remote access to the operating system is unavailable.

Managed administration covers common hosting services such as Apache, Exim, Postfix, FTP, DNS, SSH, MySQL, and phpMyAdmin. Daily backups are stored on an external server, and restoration assistance is included when recovery is required. This service is particularly useful for companies that need infrastructure in Indonesia but do not employ their own Linux or network administrator.

The additional product range includes single-domain and wildcard SSL Certificates, capacity-based External FTP Backup, malware scanning, endpoint protection, server-security software, hosted spam filtering, and licenses for popular hosting-management platforms. Domain registration and transfer are handled through the customer portal.

Klikserver also provides additional colocation accessories and space for switches, routers, modems, shelves, and other network equipment. Cross-connects can be arranged for customers requiring private physical connectivity inside supported facilities.

The main corporate website operates in English. The account and billing platform supports more than 20 interface languages, including English, Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, and Ukrainian.
