Grupa KKI-BCI is a long-established Polish Internet and hosting company headquartered in Kraków. Its history reaches back to 1997, when Krakowski Komercyjny Internet began operating during the early years of Poland's commercial Internet market. The kki.net.pl domain was registered in January 1997 and became associated with early Internet and email services, followed by kki.pl in 1998. In 2003 Krakowski Komercyjny Internet merged with Bankowe Centrum Informatyki to operate as KKI-BCI Sp. z o.o., while the present Grupa KKI-BCI Sp. z o.o. structure dates from 2012. The company also provides broader IT outsourcing services through BCI.pl (bci.pl).

The service portfolio covers shared hosting, Linux VPS, Windows VPS, dedicated servers, email hosting, domain registration and SSL certificates, together with server administration, migration assistance and broader IT support. Colocation and reseller hosting have also formed part of its infrastructure and hosting activities.

Shared hosting is divided into Hosting Economic and Hosting Business. Economic BASIC includes 4 GB of disk space, one MySQL database, one hosted domain and five email accounts. Economic STANDARD increases capacity to 30 GB, supports unlimited domains and email accounts, and provides ten MySQL databases. Business PREMIUM comes with 70 GB and 20 MySQL databases, while Business VIP increases storage to 120 GB and removes the limits on databases, domains and mailboxes. Transfer is unlimited on the Economic plans, while additional services such as separate backup space, secondary DNS and additional IP addresses can be added.

Backup restoration covers website files, MySQL databases and mailboxes from copies retained for up to five days. Restoration is handled as a paid technical-support service rather than through a fully automated self-service restore system. Separate dedicated backup capacity is also available, with those additional backups retained for three days.

The Linux VPS range begins with 2 vCores, 2 GB RAM and 50 GB of storage and extends to configurations with 8 vCores, 8 GB RAM and 100 GB of storage. Traffic is unlimited, Debian and CentOS are available as operating-system choices, backup is individually priced, and DirectAdmin can be added for an additional monthly fee.

Windows VPS packages start with 2 vCores, 2 GB RAM and 50 GB of disk space and scale to 4 vCores, 6 GB RAM and 100 GB of storage, again with unlimited traffic. Windows Server 2016 is still listed for these services, so customers planning a new Windows deployment should confirm whether a newer Windows Server release is available.

Dedicated servers are also available, although the listed hardware configurations are noticeably old by current standards. ORION uses dual 3 GHz Intel Xeon processors, 4 GB RAM and two 140 GB SCSI disks, while SAGITTA moves to a quad-core Xeon with 4 GB RAM and two 1 TB SATA drives. DRACO provides 8 GB RAM and four 1 TB SATA drives. Anyone considering a dedicated server should therefore confirm the actual hardware configuration currently supplied before ordering.

Standalone email hosting continues the company's long association with kki.pl and kki.net.pl mail services. Mailboxes range from 200 MB to 5 GB and support secure SMTP, POP3 and IMAP. Webmail is handled through Roundcube, and common features such as autoresponders and authenticated mail access are supported.

Domain registration covers Polish domains, international extensions, European country-code domains and newer generic TLDs. Registration, renewal, restoration and transfer pricing are separated in the domain tariff. The currently available domain price document carries an older effective date than the hosting tariff, so customers registering less common extensions should confirm the final renewal cost before purchase.

SSL certificates are based on RapidSSL DV products. Both standard single-domain certificates and Wildcard certificates are available, with encryption up to 256-bit and Wildcard coverage for subdomains.

Migration assistance is one of the stronger practical features. KKI-BCI can move one website and five email accounts free of charge, while larger migrations receive individual pricing. A new account can be tested for 14 days, and migration analysis is normally completed within one business day. The transfer itself can usually be completed within several hours depending on the amount of data and the source environment.

Server administration can be purchased separately. BASIC includes one administration hour per month, STANDARD includes three hours and VIP includes five hours. Depending on the package, this can cover server configuration, monitoring, SSL installation, service updates and operating-system maintenance. On-demand administration is available as well.

The wider IT outsourcing activity covers workstation configuration, peripheral setup, helpdesk work, network administration and technical fault resolution. This makes KKI-BCI more than a simple commodity hosting provider and may suit smaller Polish businesses that prefer hosting and local IT support from the same supplier.

The service is focused primarily on the Polish market. The website is in Polish, no multi-language/localized version exists, and hosting prices are expressed in Polish złoty (PLN). Published prices are generally net amounts, with Poland's 23% VAT added where applicable.
