Kingscel Technologies is a Ghanaian web hosting, cloud infrastructure and digital-services company founded in 2018 by Kingsley Mensah, who remains its founder and CEO. The privately held business operates from Accra with a compact team covering server administration, network engineering, cybersecurity, software development, databases, web design and customer support.

Kingscel primarily serves individuals, startups, small businesses, WordPress users and organizations that prefer Ghanaian assistance combined with a conventional international hosting environment. Its service portfolio includes cloud shared hosting, managed WordPress hosting, KVM VPS hosting, domain registration and transfers, website design, UI/UX work, graphic design and business-software development.

The cloud hosting range consists of Basic Cloud, Standard Cloud and Ultimate Cloud. Entry-level accounts are suitable for a small website, personal project or basic company presence, while the larger packages add storage, email accounts, addon domains, traffic capacity and more extensive backup options. The hosting platform includes LiteSpeed acceleration, free SSL certificates, DDoS protection, Imunify360 security, CloudLinux account isolation, RAID storage and one-click application installation.

Basic Cloud includes 2 GB of storage, 300 GB of bandwidth, two CPU cores, 2 GB of RAM and one email account. Standard Cloud increases storage to 7 GB, includes five email accounts and supports two addon domains. Ultimate Cloud provides 50 GB of storage, unlimited email accounts and support for five addon domains.

A free Cloudflare CDN is available with qualifying packages, improving delivery speed for visitors located farther from the hosting server. Redis or Memcached caching, LiteSpeed Cache and server-side WordPress optimization provide additional performance improvements for database-driven websites.

The managed WordPress range follows a similar three-package structure. WP-Basic is suitable for a smaller WordPress installation, WP-Standard adds more disk space and email capacity, and WP-Ultimate supports larger projects with 50 GB of storage, unlimited bandwidth and unlimited email accounts. WordPress installation, theme setup, caching configuration, Memcached and CDN integration are included with the WordPress-oriented service.

Managed WordPress focuses on the hosting environment and initial technical configuration rather than unlimited website administration. Continuing content updates, development work or complete website management may require a separate maintenance agreement.

Kingscel also offers managed virtual servers based on KVM virtualization. The KINGS 75GB configuration includes 4 GB of RAM, two CPU cores, 2 TB of traffic and two dedicated IP addresses. KINGS 150GB increases resources to 8 GB of RAM, four CPU cores and 4 TB of traffic, while KINGS 250GB includes 10 GB of RAM, six CPU cores and 5 TB of traffic.

The VPS environment includes full root access, cPanel, Apache, MariaDB, Softaculous, DDoS protection, security patching and nightly backups. Up to ten cPanel-to-cPanel migrations can be completed without an additional migration fee during the first 30 days. VPS ordering is not presently available through the billing portal, so availability, provisioning times and server locations should be confirmed before purchase.

Domain registration and transfers are available for common international and Ghanaian extensions, including .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .com.gh, .org.gh and .edu.gh. The selection also includes extensions such as .uk, .co.uk, .ca, .eu, .io, .app, .dev, .tech, .store and .online. Domain pricing depends on the extension and is calculated through the domain availability and checkout system.

Beyond infrastructure services, Kingscel develops corporate websites, online stores, portfolios, blogs, educational platforms, NGO websites, news portals and custom web applications. Website projects can combine design, hosting, security and continuing maintenance. The company also provides stock-management software for businesses that need to record inventory, monitor stock movement and generate operational reports.

The main website is available in English. The billing and client portal supports a broader language selection, including English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, Romanian, Russian, Turkish, Arabic, Chinese and several other European and Asian languages. Customers can also select Ghanaian cedis, U.S. dollars, Nigerian naira or Chinese yuan for billing.

The main front end has a modern layout and works well on mobile devices. Parts of the billing system and knowledge base retain a more traditional hosting-industry design. Some package descriptions also contain inconsistent wording involving storage technology, free domains and billing periods. A free domain should be treated as covering the first registration year unless the final order summary clearly includes additional renewals.
