JCHost.pl is a Polish web hosting company based in Modlniczka, near Kraków, operated by Marcin Ćwiertnia under the legal business name Marcin Ćwiertnia JC HOST.PL. The JCHost brand has been active since 1996, while the current sole proprietorship was formally registered in 2012. The business remains relatively compact, with a strong focus on hosting, domains, e-mail, e-commerce and server services for Polish customers.

The company is clearly oriented toward the Polish market. The website, customer documentation, ordering process and support are primarily in Polish, while contracts are concluded in Polish. No multi-language/localized version exists. Prices are denominated in PLN, making JCHost most convenient for domestic customers and companies operating primarily in Poland.

The core hosting portfolio includes SSD Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Magento Hosting and Reseller Hosting. The entry-level SSD plans use conventional SSD storage, while the specialized WordPress and Magento platforms rely on faster NVMe storage, LiteSpeed, caching technologies and QUIC. Hosting plans include e-mail, databases, security mechanisms, backups and application installation tools, with limits increasing according to package level.

WordPress Hosting starts with 10 GB of NVMe storage, support for five WordPress installations, 1.8 TB of yearly transfer, unlimited databases and e-mail accounts, LiteSpeed Cache and an application installer. Larger plans increase storage to 20 GB and 30 GB, while the MAXI package supports unlimited WordPress installations and up to 4.8 TB of annual data transfer. WordPress can be installed and managed directly through DirectAdmin.

Magento Hosting is optimized for more demanding online shops and starts at 10 GB NVMe, scaling up to 40 GB NVMe. The environment supports Magento together with other e-commerce platforms such as PrestaShop and shopGold. LiteSpeed Cache and QUIC are included, while higher-tier packages allow an unlimited number of Magento installations. Magento hosting carries a 99.95% availability figure.

The more economical SSD Hosting range is suitable for conventional websites and smaller projects. The MINI package includes 5 GB SSD storage, five websites, five e-mail accounts, five databases, 360 GB of yearly transfer and backups. MIDI and MAXI plans increase the available resources substantially. These packages are distinct from the NVMe-based WordPress and Magento platforms and are intended more for standard hosting requirements.

Reseller Hosting is aimed at freelancers, agencies and companies reselling hosting under their own identity. Plans include SSD storage, generous annual traffic quotas, unlimited domains and websites, LiteSpeed Cache, QUIC, Imunify360 and CloudLinux OS. Resellers can customize the DirectAdmin interface with their own branding, including logo, colors and templates, while each customer receives an isolated hosting account.

JCHost previously offered VPS hosting, but this service has been discontinued. The active portfolio now concentrates on shared hosting, specialized application hosting, reseller packages, business e-mail and dedicated servers.

Dedicated Servers extend the service range beyond ordinary shared hosting. Available configurations can include AMD EPYC or Ryzen processors, DDR5-5600 memory, Micron NVMe SSD storage, optional control-panel licensing, management and backup options, DDoS protection and unlimited data transfer. Hardware resources are dedicated exclusively to the customer rather than shared with other accounts.

Dedicated servers are self-managed by default. Customers receive administrative access and are responsible for software installation, configuration, updates, operating-system security and backups unless additional management or backup services are ordered. JCHost handles the physical machine and network infrastructure associated with the server.

The separate JCPoczta business e-mail hosting range is one of the more substantial parts of the portfolio. Plans range from 100 GB to 2,000 GB and include unlimited e-mail accounts and aliases, 1 Gbit/s connectivity and daily sending limits from 5,000 to 100,000 messages depending on the selected package. Security includes SPF, DKIM and DMARC, while 2FA, IMAP, POP3, webmail and DirectAdmin cover everyday mailbox management. Existing mailboxes can also be migrated without an additional migration charge.

Domain registration is another important part of the business. JCHost handles Polish and international domain extensions and works with NASK and EURid. Customers can register, renew and transfer domains and manage DNS settings through the customer environment. DNSSEC and CAA are supported, although Anycast DNS and Registry Lock are not part of the domain service.

Commercial SSL Certificates include PositiveSSL, Wildcard and EV options, together with certificate installation services. Free SSL is not automatically bundled with all standard hosting packages, making SSL a separate consideration when comparing the overall cost of service.

JCHost also offers shopGold e-commerce software. The STANDARD license covers one online store with unlimited products and orders, lifetime updates, mobile functionality, integrations and one month of support. The KOMFORT package expands this to three stores and includes additional installation and customization assistance.

Website-development services are available separately for customers needing more than hosting. This includes WordPress-based websites, business blogs and broader website implementation work.

The current website is modern and suitable for contemporary desktop and mobile use. The overall service structure is straightforward, with clear separation between low-cost SSD hosting, higher-performance application hosting, reseller services, business e-mail and dedicated infrastructure.
