The business runs primarily through İksir İnternet Hizmetleri A.Ş. in Istanbul, Turkey, with Halil İbrahim Demir as the founder. Over the years, the company has expanded from conventional web hosting into a broader infrastructure provider covering websites, virtual and physical servers, colocation, corporate messaging, security and storage. Its scale includes more than 22,000 customers, over 10,000 hosted websites and more than 20,000 managed domains. The organization has approximately 11–50 employees.

The legal and operational structure extends beyond the Istanbul company. Dedicated systems are self-managed by default and do not include backup unless it is separately ordered. Additional options include managed administration, virtualization, DDoS protection and site-to-site IPsec VPN services. Preorder hardware normally requires approximately five business days for provisioning.

Colocation is available for customer-owned equipment in the Istanbul infrastructure. Pricing depends on rack space, electrical requirements, bandwidth, IP requirements and additional technical services rather than following a fixed shared-hosting package structure.
