iWV (ICONZ-Webvisions Pte Ltd) is a Singapore-based cloud hosting and managed IT provider with roots dating to 1998. Over the years, the company has evolved from traditional Internet and hosting services into a much broader infrastructure business covering private cloud, public cloud management, dedicated infrastructure, colocation, cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, business applications, managed IT and AI infrastructure.

The company operates from Singapore and focuses primarily on business customers rather than low-cost personal hosting. Its ServicePAQ division handles outsourced and co-managed IT services for more than 300 Singapore businesses, while TG Ong serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and is closely associated with the ownership and management of the operation.

The infrastructure can accommodate systems based on GPUs such as NVIDIA H100, H200 and RTX 4090.

The cloud portfolio also includes Load Balancer as a Service, managed databases, private networking and custom infrastructure configurations. HAProxy is used for load-balancing deployments, while managed databases include technologies such as MySQL and Redis.

Managed services form a substantial part of the business. iWV handles infrastructure consulting, migration, system administration, monitoring, security, cloud optimization and ongoing operational management. Specialized services are available for Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud, hybrid cloud and SUSE Linux environments, including OpenSUSE, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server and SUSE Enterprise Server for SAP HANA.

ServicePAQ expands this model into complete outsourced or co-managed business IT. The service can cover endpoints, servers, firewalls, wireless networks, Microsoft 365, patch management, backup, cybersecurity and general IT support.

The business application portfolio includes Managed Nextcloud, Microsoft 365, email and collaboration services, Managed SAP Business One HANA Cloud and Startup Suite. Managed Nextcloud runs on private SSD virtual machines with dedicated resources instead of conventional shared hosting.

Managed WordPress also uses isolated virtual-server resources rather than a mass-market shared hosting platform. Agency and professional packages include daily managed backups, server maintenance and security. Plesk provides WordPress administration and self-service backup functionality.

Backup and disaster-recovery services include Acronis Cyber Backup, Wasabi-based off-site storage, Zerto Disaster Recovery and endpoint backup. Cybersecurity services include Zero Trust access, endpoint protection, email security, vulnerability assessment and Web-App Gateway protection for web applications.

The company's newer Sovereign AI Stack combines dedicated GPU infrastructure, private networking, storage, private LLM deployment and 24/7 infrastructure management in Singapore. This is aimed at organizations that need greater control over AI workloads, business data and data residency than is normally possible with shared public AI platforms.
