The hosting business has operated since 2004, while SKSA Technology Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 2007. Shamsul Kamal Shak Ali is associated with the company as its founder.

The service range is extensive and covers Linux Shared Hosting, Windows Hosting, SSD Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Email Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Linux and Windows VPS, Dedicated Servers, Colocation, Domains, SSL Certificates, SiteBuilder, Load Balancing and MySQL Replication. iWHOST also handles web design, e-commerce development, customized business systems and mobile application development, giving business customers the option to combine hosting infrastructure with development services.

Linux shared hosting uses cPanel and includes email accounts, databases, Softaculous application installation and automatic SSL. Current packages range from 10 GB to 100 GB of storage and carry a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Windows hosting uses Plesk and supports Microsoft SQL Server databases for customers requiring a Windows-based application environment.
