😠 The worst hosting, the worst company on thae planet
Been using the service from this company since 2011 for personal non profit purposes. The server was down almost every week for multiple domains. Always needs to report the issue to their support everytime the problem persists. Ridiculous.
Long story short, in 2023, I decided to start a business and relying on the website to run my business by using a new hosting and domain from this company. Since day 1, the server will be down almost every week. Upon complaining to this company, they will just reboot the server, and the service resume. Unfortunately the process never ended, need to report to them every time the sever down, they seems not to be proactive to making sure the server is working unless customer complaint to them. No complaint, means no fixing!
In March 2024, the server down again and my database went missing with some missing database record(from other database). The server down for 72 hours! Their support keep asking this and that, whereby they should be able to check at their side. Furthermore, user privileges for the database such as INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE suddenly gone.
This company will not going to bear any responsibility on their provided services as they claim, there is no perfect systems on the planet, and it's the customer responsibility to perform their own backup! They will even highlight their Terms of Services which claimed that it's customer responsibility on whatever happen to the hosting.
In fact their "FREE DOMAIN" which subscribed with the hosting service only free for 1st year, 2nd year onwards will be charged, do not fall for this promise!
Really have no idea what kind of server they use, and where they keep their server as their services are never good at all.
I have already taken out 1 of my hosting service from this company and will be transferred out the other 3 more domains from this company as their services are NOT STABLE, NOT SAFE and NOT RELIABLE at all.
Please stay away from this company as possible as you can.
