📄 Editorial Review
iWHOST is a Malaysia-based provider aimed at individuals and SMBs that want a broad catalog under one roof rather than piecing services together. The lineup spans classic shared hosting (Linux and Windows), reseller hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, colocation, WordPress hosting, domain registration, SSL, a website builder, professional email, and web design. They emphasize fast activation, round-the-clock ticket support, and a familiar control-panel experience (cPanel/Plesk/DirectAdmin plus Virtuozzo for VPS). A 99.9% uptime target is promoted across most pages, and pricing is positioned as affordable for the market—though not always the cheapest.Shared Hosting (Linux & Windows)
Linux plans target PHP/MySQL stacks and include Softaculous with hundreds of one-click apps (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, PrestaShop, Moodle, Nextcloud, etc.), free AutoSSL (Sectigo), SSH/FTP, cron, multiple PHP versions, and developer niceties like .htaccess, ImageMagick, GD, cURL, and Python/Perl support. Windows plans focus on ASP.NET/ASP, MSSQL, plus PHP/Perl/JSP, with similar 99.9% uptime positioning and 24×7 support. Both platforms advertise extensive mail features (POP/IMAP, webmail, catch-all, filters, SpamAssassin, antivirus) and "unlimited" conveniences such as aliases/forwarders. A representative Linux "Standard Plan" is RM199/year with cPanel, backups, and Litespeed-style speed tooling on WordPress-branded tiers.
WordPress & SSD Hosting
The WordPress range layers LiteSpeed Enterprise, ultra-fast SSD, ImunifyAV+ malware scanning, DDoS protection, and a 99.9% uptime target. A sample "WP STD" is RM32.42/month (promo 75% off). An SSD Hosting line is marketed for very fast I/O (NGINX + SSD, ImunifyAV+, 99.9% uptime), with published examples like "SSD STANDARD Hosting" at RM250/month for customers who want higher performance within a shared footprint.
Reseller Hosting
Reseller packages allow overselling, private/custom nameservers, WHM/cPanel for downstream account management, Softaculous, antispam, and a resource monitor—intended for agencies or operators who want to brand the service and create their own packages.
VPS (Dedicated Containers)
VPS plans are positioned as flexible and scalable: customers can adjust CPU/RAM/disk, and tune the stack (MySQL caching, PHP modules, Perl, firewalls, shell, etc.). Linux and Windows are both available; Linux VPS entries start from MYR 35/month. Access includes SSH or Remote Desktop, with optional cPanel/Plesk licenses. iWHOST highlights guaranteed resources, upgrade/downgrade paths, snapshots/backups (where applicable), and Virtuozzo Power Panel for lifecycle operations.
Dedicated Servers
Dedicated offerings cover Intel generations (Core/Core Duo/Quad historically, and Xeon E5 v4 currently), with examples such as Xeon E5 v4, 64 GB RAM, 2×480 GB SSD or 2×2 TB HDD, 2×IP, unmetered bandwidth on 100 Mbps at MYR 1,229/month (Cyberjaya DC; free DDoS mitigation; free setup). Delivery is typically 24–72 hours after payment (weekdays). Customers choose unmanaged vs managed service; the former gives complete control, while the latter offloads patching and ops to iWHOST. They explicitly remind that RAID ≠ backup and recommend adding a third disk or external backup.
Colocation
For customers bringing their own hardware, 1U colocation in Cyberjaya is MYR 340/month (+ MYR 200 setup), including 1×13A power socket, 100 Mbps port, 1×IPv4, unmetered bandwidth over shared capacity, reverse DNS, unlimited reboots/visits. Facility features advertised include 24×7 monitoring, dual power distribution backed by UPS + generators (N+1), redundant network uplinks, guarded access with CCTV, and door-access control. Offshore/anonymous hosting language is offered for customers with legal-content projects that require additional privacy.
Domains, SSL, Email & Builder
Domain registration/transfer is integrated; SSL includes Let’s Encrypt (free) and paid options. Professional email hosting is pitched with spam/virus filtering, shared calendars/contacts/tasks, and a user-friendly interface. A website builder is available for rapid launches, and the web design service handles turn-key builds for those who prefer not to DIY.

😠 Used be a great and competitive hosting company but now no more. Still using old technology which affect the users. Sites developed using this hosting are so slow and time out many times. Their online chat is also not very knowledgeable nowadays. Client are sucks as it always log out by itself making it difficult to carry out tasks. I have moved out most of my clients' accounts because they are very unhappy with the service.
