ISPserver is a long-established infrastructure hosting provider with a history dating back to 1998. The service is currently operated by ISPSERVER LTD from Paphos, Cyprus. The Cyprus company was registered on March 23, 2022 under registration number HE 432443, while the ISPserver hosting business itself has operated since 1998.

ISPserver is now primarily focused on server infrastructure rather than conventional shared hosting. Its main services include VPS hosting, configurable VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, SSL certificates, ispmanager and BitNinja. The range is particularly suitable for developers, system administrators, agencies and businesses that need direct control over their hosting environment.

VPS Hosting is available in the Netherlands. The standard VPS range starts with VPS Project, offering 2 GB RAM and one vCPU, and progresses through Startup, Develop, Business and Premium plans, reaching 16 GB RAM and eight vCPU cores. The plans include one IPv4 address and unlimited traffic over a 100 Mbit/s connection. NVMe storage is used throughout the range, while KVM virtualization provides isolated resources and full virtual-machine functionality.

Customers receive root-level access and can deploy several Linux distributions including Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS and AlmaLinux, as well as FreeBSD. Windows Server 2019 and Windows Server 2022 are also available. This gives the VPS range enough flexibility for web applications, databases, development environments, private services and general-purpose server workloads.

The VPS Configurator provides considerably more flexibility than the predefined plans. Configurations can scale to very large amounts of CPU, RAM and NVMe storage, allowing customers to build virtual machines around specific application requirements instead of moving between fixed packages. Ubuntu can be selected as an operating system, the 100 Mbit/s traffic channel is included, and normal VPS provisioning can be completed within approximately five minutes. BitNinja can also be added for customers wanting additional server and website security.

Dedicated Servers are available in Germany and Finland. The hardware range includes modern Intel and AMD processors, substantial RAM allocations and NVMe storage. One IPv4 address is included with the configurations. These servers provide complete physical resource isolation and are suitable for demanding websites, large databases, virtualization, business applications, game hosting and workloads where consistently available CPU and storage performance are important.

The dedicated-server range extends from reasonably priced Intel Core systems through higher-performance Core i9, Ryzen and other more powerful configurations. Some systems have substantial setup charges in addition to the monthly rental, so total initial cost depends significantly on the selected hardware.

Domain Registration is integrated into the customer account and billing environment. Domains are normally registered for at least one year, with common extensions including .com, .net, .org, .eu, .be, .info, .biz, .tv, .pro and .us. DNS propagation after registration or DNS changes can take several hours and, depending on the extension and resolver involved, may require up to approximately 48 hours.

The SSL Certificate range includes domain-validated, organization-validated, wildcard and multi-domain certificates. Entry-level options include Sectigo PositiveSSL, while RapidSSL, Sectigo Essential SSL, Sectigo Multi-Domain certificates and Thawte SSL123 provide alternatives for customers requiring different validation levels, domain coverage and certificate warranties.

BitNinja is available as an additional server-security service. It combines malware scanning, Web Application Firewall protection, malicious-IP reputation filtering, brute-force protection, port-scan detection and protection against common web attacks including SQL injection and XSS. This can be particularly useful for VPS customers who want a managed security layer around otherwise self-administered infrastructure.

The server-management environment can be expanded with ispmanager, giving customers a graphical interface for websites, databases, DNS, email, FTP accounts, PHP settings, files and backups. This makes ISPserver usable both by experienced administrators comfortable with SSH and by customers who prefer browser-based server administration.

ISPserver operates an English-language website and the current products are priced in EUR. The interface is modern and straightforward, with separate ordering flows for VPS, configurable virtual servers, dedicated systems, domains, SSL certificates and additional server software.

Usage restrictions prohibit cryptocurrency mining, spam, malicious software distribution, unauthorized scanning, hacking and similar abusive activity. Customers remain responsible for administration, application configuration, security and backups except where these tasks are specifically included within ISPserver's support scope or an additional service.
