IQHost.pl is a Polish hosting provider operated by IQGroup Adam Buhl in Opole. The business entered the hosting market in 2012 and expanded over the following years through both organic growth and several acquisitions. Securityhost was acquired in 2016, followed in 2017 by MicroVPS, GGroup, and AltBlue, bringing additional hosting customers and infrastructure experience under the IQHost brand.

The company operates its own server facility in Opole, Poland, opened in July 2020. This marked an important infrastructure shift, with key services moved away from OVHcloud and onto equipment controlled directly by IQHost. A proprietary virtualized cloud platform followed later in 2020, while the server platform was upgraded to AMD EPYC architecture in 2023. The technical team includes engineers with professional Red Hat, Cisco, and VMware certifications.

The main commercial service is Linux shared hosting, with plans ranging from small accounts for simple websites to considerably larger packages suitable for busy sites and e-commerce projects. Storage ranges from 1 GB to 800 GB of NVMe space, while CPU and memory allocations scale with each plan. Entry-level HS1 includes one CPU core and 1 GB RAM, while the largest HS800 package reaches 8 CPU cores and 20 GB RAM. Transfer is unlimited throughout the range, and plans from HS50 upward support unlimited hosted domains.

The hosting platform combines CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, NVMe storage, MariaDB, and Imunify360. CloudLinux isolates individual accounts and their resources, while LiteSpeed improves PHP and WordPress performance and supports HTTP/2, HTTP/3, QUIC, Brotli, TLS 1.3, and LiteSpeed Cache. Imunify360 adds malware scanning, WAF protection, brute-force mitigation, and additional server-level security.

WordPress users benefit from automatic installation, LiteSpeed Cache integration, free SSL certificates, NVMe storage, and free migration assistance. SSH access is available from HS5 upward, while Redis is included from HS25. Composer, WP-CLI, cron jobs, FTP/SFTP access, phpMyAdmin, MariaDB databases, and account-level resource statistics are also available according to the selected hosting package.

Backups are created at least every 24 hours. Daily restore points are retained for a minimum of seven days, while full backups are kept for at least 30 days. Backup storage is physically separated from the production environment and encrypted at rest. Selected restore operations can be performed directly from DirectAdmin, while more complex recoveries can be requested through technical support.

Reseller hosting is another important part of the portfolio. Packages range from HR10 with 10 GB NVMe storage to HR800 with 800 GB. Reseller customers can create separate DirectAdmin accounts for individual clients and receive unlimited domains, traffic, databases, and email accounts. Larger reseller plans increase the available CPU, RAM, disk space, and other account resources. SSH and Redis become available from HR50 upward.

The reseller platform is particularly useful for agencies, freelancers, developers, and web designers that manage multiple independent customers. Each customer can be separated into an individual hosting account instead of sharing one common hosting environment.

VPS and dedicated servers are also part of the company's service range. VPS infrastructure uses Proxmox VE with KVM and LXC virtualization, snapshots, live migration, and high-availability functions. VPS connectivity is specified at 50/50 Mbps symmetric, with an operational limit of 48 Mbps. Dedicated servers are available for workloads that require dedicated hardware rather than shared or virtual resources.

IQHost also provides domain registration and management, covering a broad selection of domain extensions. Domain services include DNS management, DNSSEC, email forwarding, WHOIS privacy where supported by the registry, and optional automatic renewal. A .pl domain is currently priced at 18.44 PLN for registration and 80.44 PLN for renewal, while qualifying annual hosting purchases include the first year of a .pl domain without additional charge. Domain DNS is handled through ns1.iqhs.eu and ns2.iqhs.eu.

Free migration includes websites, databases, and email accounts. Normal hosting migrations are usually completed within approximately 24 to 48 hours, including assistance with the final DNS change. This makes the service practical for customers moving an existing website rather than starting from scratch.

The website, customer communication, contracts, invoices, GDPR documentation, and other formal documents are primarily in Polish. Technical support can also be handled in English and German. Prices are displayed in PLN and include Polish VAT.
