IQ PL Sp. z o.o. is a Polish hosting, cloud, and data-center operator founded in 2001 in Gdańsk. Over more than two decades, the company has developed from a traditional hosting provider into a broader infrastructure business with more than 50 IT specialists, two primary data-center facilities in Gdańsk, and an additional backup location supporting business-continuity services.

The portfolio covers Shared Hosting, Domains, SSL Certificates, Business Email, VPS, Cloud VPS, Dedicated Servers, GPU Servers, Windows Server infrastructure, Public Cloud, Private Cloud, Managed Cloud, Colocation, Backup, Disaster Recovery, infrastructure replication, migration, server administration, and managed IT services. This gives customers room to start with a relatively simple website or mail service and later move into dedicated, virtualized, or highly available infrastructure without changing provider.

Shared hosting is divided into Start, Start Plus, Pro, and Pro Plus packages. Storage ranges from 50 GB to 400 GB, while the Pro packages use all-SSD storage and include unlimited transfer, unlimited SQL databases, and Poczta Pro. Website files, databases, and email are covered by backup systems, automatic Let's Encrypt certificates are included, and common web applications can be installed directly from the hosting environment. Account administration is handled through the proprietary IQ Admin interface. Every shared-hosting package can be tested free for 14 days.

Dedicated servers form an important part of the higher-end portfolio. Configurations include Intel and AMD processors, enterprise SATA and NVMe storage, RAID options, and GPU-equipped machines for demanding computational workloads. GPU systems are suitable for AI and machine-learning tasks, LLM processing, CUDA applications, rendering, VDI, and other workloads requiring substantial graphics or parallel-computing performance. Some systems use NVIDIA RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell hardware.

Windows infrastructure is available for Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS/.NET, Active Directory, ERP and CRM applications, and Hyper-V virtualization. Customers can retain direct administrative control or choose managed operation when they prefer IQ's technical staff to take responsibility for day-to-day server administration.

The cloud portfolio includes IQ Cloud, Cloud VPS, managed private-cloud environments, and hybrid infrastructure. IQ Cloud uses VMware virtualization and Cloud Director for resource administration, giving customers control over CPU, RAM, SSD capacity, network functions, firewalls, snapshots, and VPN connectivity. Private-cloud deployments can also be built around Hyper-V, Proxmox VE, Kubernetes, and other architectures according to business and technical requirements.

IQ Backup is designed for more serious business-continuity requirements than the basic backup included with normal hosting. The service can protect virtual machines, physical servers, NAS environments, databases, Kubernetes, cloud workloads, and mixed infrastructure. It supports immutable backup models, Linux Hardened Repository, YARA-based protection, encrypted site-to-site transfers, backup verification, and storage at geographically separate locations. The platform uses Veeam (veeam.com) technology.

Disaster Recovery as a Service complements the backup platform with standby infrastructure, replication, recovery procedures, and alternate environments that can take over after major incidents. Colocation, infrastructure migration, replication, and managed administration can be combined with these services for customers that need active/passive, active/active, or other business-continuity architectures.

Poczta Pro is their business-oriented email platform. It runs on a redundant mail cluster with automatic failover and supports IMAP, SMTP, and POP3. Additional functions include advanced anti-spam protection, real-time mail logs, mailbox migration, outgoing-mail monitoring, dedicated-IP vSMTP options, and multiple backup copies generated during the day. Mail can also be replicated to another data-center location at least 10 km away. Poczta Pro comes with a 99.982% SLA.

Domain registration is available for Polish, European, and international extensions. SSL options range from domain-validated certificates to wildcard and EV products. Automatic Let's Encrypt certificates are included with shared hosting, while commercial certificates can be ordered separately.

IQ Shield provides standard infrastructure protection against DoS and DDoS attacks. Security and operational procedures are supported by ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 9001, PCI DSS, GDPR procedures, and EN 50600 Class 3 data-center requirements.

The main website and customer-facing commercial information are primarily in Polish. A complete multi-language/localized storefront does not exist, so international customers should expect most ordering and documentation to remain Polish. Prices are quoted in PLN, normally with both net and VAT-inclusive gross amounts.
