😁 We were experiencing issues with our email/server on our I phones and other devices. I called in and spoke with Jamie. He immediately knew was wrong after looking over our account. He told me what to change and stayed on the phone with me as I went through the process on my devices and with employee devices. He was very patient and provided us with very important information to forward emails from previous employee emails to new employee emails that prior had not worked correctly. Jamie did an excellent job and should be commended for his excellent customer service with us today. Thank you Jamie! I wish all of our account reps were as good as you! but since they are not, you get our gold star of excellence today!

But, this time when I had really bad issues, I lucked out and found Jamey Dougall. Jamey dug into the problems I had with my mail system and into the other issues with my older website and he was able to fix everything. I really appreciate Newtek having such a knowledgeable agent available to help me. 5 Stars!!
