INTROSERV is a Slovenian hosting and infrastructure provider founded in 2013 and headquartered in Ljubljana. The company operates through INTROSERV, računalniške storitve, d.o.o., and focuses primarily on server infrastructure for technically experienced users, developers, hosting professionals, online businesses and corporate IT departments.

Its portfolio is considerably broader than basic virtual hosting and includes dedicated servers, budget bare-metal servers, Linux VPS, Windows VPS, GPU servers, game servers, cloud storage, backup services, colocation, system administration and virtualization infrastructure. Dedicated servers represent the largest section of the catalog. Linux VPS plans are available with Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Fedora, openSUSE and CloudLinux. The virtual servers use SSD or NVMe storage, include root access and can be deployed within minutes. Entry-level packages work well for development, lightweight websites and private services, while larger configurations provide up to approximately 16 virtual CPU cores and 128 GB RAM for substantial applications.

Windows VPS packages include Remote Desktop access and support Windows Server editions from 2016 through 2025. The separate Backup Service supports full, incremental and differential backups for Linux and Windows. Backup jobs can run manually or according to a schedule, with options for restoring individual files, recovering an entire server, maintaining long-term archives and preparing disaster-recovery procedures.

Colocation is available for organizations that want to place their own hardware in professionally operated facilities. Rack space, power consumption, bandwidth, IP requirements and remote-hands services are arranged individually rather than through a fixed public package table.

Customers needing more than basic infrastructure support can order professional system-administration work. This includes operating-system optimization, performance analysis, network tuning, security hardening, threat mitigation, troubleshooting and monitoring.

Virtualization services cover Proxmox VE, SUSE Virtualization, Microsoft Hyper-V and XCP-ng. INTROSERV can also implement high-availability clusters, private clouds, virtual networks, Docker platforms and Kubernetes environments.

The Application Marketplace automates selected software installations during VPS ordering or directly from the account panel. Applications can be installed inside the operating system or deployed through Docker containers. Generated credentials and assisted SSL configuration reduce the amount of manual setup required.

The customer remains responsible for application updates, licensing, backup policies, firewall rules and post-installation security unless managed administration is ordered separately.
