IntoVPS is a specialist cloud VPS hosting provider run as a brand of HOSTERION SRL, a Romanian hosting company founded in 2004 and based in Cluj-Napoca. IntoVPS itself has been online since June 2009, focusing from the start on unmanaged virtual servers: powerful VPS instances at low cost for people who are comfortable administering their own systems. Over time they have grown from a single Romanian location to a genuinely international footprint, with six data center locations: London, Amsterdam, Dallas, Fremont, Bucharest, and Cluj-Napoca.

From 2004 to 2016 the company was called Elvsoft. Effective November 1st 2016 Elvsoft SRL changes its name to Hosterion SRL.
Fleio ( leio.com ) is the OpenStack billing system and self-service portal software built by their sister company. You can create, manage and check cloud resource usage.

The core product is OpenStack / KVM VPS hosting. All plans run on Intel Xeon or AMD EPYC nodes with full SSD or NVMe storage, deployed in "state of the art" partner datacenters and orchestrated via OpenStack. The control and billing layer is powered by Fleio, a cloud control panel developed by their sister company. From a customer perspective, this means a modern cloud experience: you create and destroy VPS instances on demand, scale up when you need more RAM or CPU, and pay by the hour with a built-in monthly cap.

VPS plans are named M1, M2, M4, M8, …, M64, covering a range from small development instances to quite robust servers. As an example, M1 includes 1 GB RAM, 10 GB SSD, 0.5 TB traffic, and 1 vCPU, while larger plans climb up to 64 GB RAM, 480 GB SSD, and 8 vCPU cores with generous bandwidth. Every plan is billed hourly but is capped at the equivalent of 28 days per month, so running a VPS the whole month never costs more than the monthly cap. Linux VPS plans are available in all six locations, and there is a full Windows range as well, both for the global regions and for Cluj-Napoca with central block storage.

Beyond compute, IntoVPS offers several supporting services:

• Volume Block Storage in Cluj-Napoca, with data stored in three copies on separate physical servers and priced by GB-hour.
• Load balancers (currently in Cluj-Napoca) to front Kubernetes clusters or high-availability setups.
• Kubernetes clusters on top of the same OpenStack platform, with a managed Kubernetes Dashboard and hourly pricing for load balancers.
• Domains, SSL certificates and software licenses via the client area, including cPanel/WHM and DirectAdmin licenses that can be used inside the IntoVPS cloud.

The positioning is very clear: this is not a shared hosting shop for beginners; it is a cloud VPS platform for sysadmins, developers and agencies who want root access, modern infrastructure and predictable hourly billing, and who are happy to take responsibility for software configuration and security on their own servers.
