😠 Horrible and outdated interface from the early 2000. Not much changed since I signed up with them. Their website is hard to use. Longterm customers like me (~15y) were left in their old plans and the cost for a domain of about 40 Euro a year feels nowadays really overpriced. I kept it out of nostalgia even though the page was down for a long time. I was not aware that I forgot to pay 2020 and today I received a letter from a lawyer demanding about 220 Euros. I paid and then canceled - at least I hope I did. I had to print out, sign, scan and then either upload or fax it. After multiple trials to get to their upload button (in desktop view it cannot be reached before the menu collapses and I had to switch to mobile where it worked) it appears that I succeeded. I have not received any confirmation so far. Fingers crossed that I won't receive another letter next year.
