📄 Editorial Review

Internet Solutions HK is a Hong Kong hosting and IT services provider operated by Infinitum Technology Co., Limited, a Hong Kong private company incorporated on June 5, 2012, under Company Registration No. 1755302. The business is based in Central, Hong Kong, and has been active in the local hosting market for well over a decade.

Its current portfolio covers Cloud Shared Hosting, VPS Hosting, Domain Registration, Business Email, and Enterprise Email. The focus is mainly on Linux-based hosting and services for customers that want infrastructure in Hong Kong, including businesses targeting visitors from Hong Kong, mainland China, and the wider Asian region.

Cloud Shared Hosting uses SSD storage, LiteSpeed, LiteSpeed Cache, free SSL certificates, unlimited bandwidth, weekly backups, DDoS protection, and connectivity suitable for websites accessed from mainland China. The Starter plan includes 5 GB SSD storage and one website, Professional increases this to 15 GB and three websites, while Business provides 30 GB and ten websites. Professional and Business plans also include a domain when ordered annually.

WordPress users benefit from LiteSpeed and LSCache as standard parts of the hosting environment, together with free SSL and technical assistance for WordPress-related problems. This combination works particularly well for small and medium business sites, blogs, company presentations, and WordPress projects that benefit from a Hong Kong server location.

VPS Hosting is also based in Hong Kong and includes root access, NVMe SSD storage, a dedicated IPv4 address, DDoS protection, monitoring, and basic server management. Current configurations range from 1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM and 60 GB NVMe up to 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM and 200 GB NVMe. Monthly data transfer ranges from 200 GB to 400 GB, so customers expecting sustained high traffic should choose the VPS configuration carefully.

The email portfolio is split between Business Email and Enterprise Email. Business Email includes 5 GB storage, webmail, POP3/IMAP access, spam and virus filtering, mobile access, and domain-based mailboxes. Enterprise Email uses OX App Suite and increases storage to 25 GB per user, adding shared calendars, contacts, file collaboration, administration functions, mobile applications, two-factor authentication, and conferencing features.

Domain registration is available for common international and Asian extensions, including .com, .net, .org, .hk, .com.hk, .cn, .com.cn, .asia, and .co. Hong Kong and Chinese domain registrations can require identity or company documentation according to registry requirements. Domain holders are able to transfer domains away, with authorization codes provided where required.

The main website is in English and uses a modern responsive layout. The customer area supports a much broader range of languages, including Arabic, Azerbaijani, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Persian, French, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Macedonian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, and Ukrainian. Product billing is available in USD, HKD, and CNY.
