INTERCOM, legally operating as INTERCOM LTD / LLC "INTERCOM", is a long-established telecommunications and internet provider headquartered in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The company has operated since 1999, giving it more than two decades of experience in communications services. Its business extends beyond conventional web hosting and includes internet access, fixed wireless connectivity, fiber services, domain registration and related telecommunications solutions for residential and corporate customers.

Web hosting remains part of the portfolio, together with domain registration for .TJ, .COM and .RU, although hosting is clearly a secondary activity compared with internet connectivity. Detailed hosting specifications such as storage allocations, bandwidth, databases, PHP versions, email limits and account resource limits are not currently provided in a structured package catalog. VPS, VDS, cloud-server and dedicated-server plans are also not part of the current clearly defined product range.

Domain registration is available for customers who want to combine their domain and hosting services with a local Tajik provider. Registration and renewal are priced at approximately 250 TJS per year, making the service particularly practical for local businesses and individuals already using Intercom connectivity.

A major part of Intercom's current business is 4G/5G FWA Internet, based on Fixed Wireless Access. This combination of internet access, static addressing, domains and hosting can be convenient for Tajik businesses that prefer receiving several communications services from one local supplier.

A static public IP address is also available and currently costs around 500 TJS per year. This is useful for businesses operating remotely accessible systems, VPNs, cameras, servers or other services requiring a consistent public address.

Subscribers have access to an online customer account for checking balances, usage statistics and service information. Wireless equipment also includes browser-based router administration with standard Ethernet connectivity and WPA2/WPA3 wireless security.

Intercom has coverage well beyond central Dushanbe. Its network reaches Dushanbe and surrounding communities as well as locations including Vahdat, Tursunzade, Shahrinav, Hisor, Yovon, Nurek, Bokhtar, Kulob, Khujand, Guliston, Buston, Gafurov and Istaravshan. This gives the company a considerably broader regional telecommunications footprint than a conventional small hosting provider.

The website is localized in Russian and Tajik, while an English-language version does not exist. Product pricing is denominated in Tajikistani somoni (TJS).
