The service portfolio includes shared cloud hosting, WordPress hosting, HTML hosting, student hosting, professional email, managed cloud servers, domain registration, SSL certificates, website migration, DNS management, website-building tools, VPS services, and related website-security features. The product range is particularly suitable for Ghanaian customers who prefer local support, Ghanaian cedi billing, and Mobile Money payments.

The standard Shared Hosting platform uses a load-balanced and autoscaling architecture rather than placing website files, databases, DNS, and email on a single conventional shared server. These services operate across specialized systems, reducing the possibility that one component failure will interrupt the entire hosting account.

AWS-based configurations begin with two cores and 1 GB of RAM, while Google Cloud options extend to 64 cores and 256 GB of RAM. Some managed-server specifications still reference CentOS 7, so the available operating-system versions should be confirmed before ordering.
