InstantCpanelHosting.com (ICPH) is a privacy-oriented hosting provider that has operated since at least 2013, giving it a considerably longer history than many smaller VPS and dedicated-server brands. Its traditional portfolio covered shared hosting, domain registration, VPS and dedicated servers, with cryptocurrency payments, self-managed infrastructure and privacy-conscious hosting forming an important part of the business.

The company is now primarily focused on VPS and Dedicated Hosting. New shared-hosting and domain-registration orders were discontinued on February 26, 2025, while VPS and dedicated servers remain the more relevant services for new customers. Shared hosting and domain services therefore belong mainly to the legacy side of the business.

Dedicated Servers are generally self-managed machines with root access and optional software licenses or administration components. The Budget Server 4GB configuration includes an Intel dual- or quad-core processor, 4 GB RAM, a 1 TB HDD, one IPv4 address and a shared 1 Gbit/s unlimited connection. Budget Server 16GB increases memory to 16 GB and uses an Intel processor with at least four threads while retaining the 1 TB storage allocation and shared gigabit connection. IPv6 can also be provided.

The dedicated-server service is strongly associated with Moldova, including optional DDoS filtering through Voxility with protection capacity reaching 1 Tbit/s. Customers receive SSH root access and can select from operating systems such as Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS-family distributions, Fedora, FreeBSD and OpenSUSE. Proxmox VE is another useful option for customers building their own virtualization environment. Additional paid software and services can include extra IP addresses, CloudLinux, DirectAdmin, cPanel/WHM, Windows with RDP and SolusVM-related functionality.

VPS Hosting has included both OpenVZ and KVM virtualization, with KVM becoming the more relevant choice for modern self-managed virtual servers. VPS services are intended mainly for customers comfortable with Linux administration, networking and server security rather than beginners expecting a completely managed environment.

Privacy is one of the provider's more distinctive characteristics. Customers can use privacy-oriented connection methods such as proxies or Tor, while cryptocurrency has long been an important payment option. Anonymous dedicated-server configurations are available on selected products. Standard acceptable-use and abuse restrictions still apply to all services.

Legacy Shared Hosting used DirectAdmin infrastructure in Luxembourg, with UK hosting also available. Accounts included PHP, MySQL, email hosting, cron jobs, multiple PHP versions, Softaculous application installation and SSL certificates. Earlier cPanel-based shared hosting was available as well. Customers could upgrade or downgrade packages, request additional storage or traffic and receive assistance with website transfers.

The older hosting platform ranged from relatively small multi-domain accounts to larger packages with several gigabytes of storage and higher monthly traffic allowances. Free SSL eventually became an automatic part of web-hosting accounts rather than an additional certificate purchase.

Domain Registration was historically available alongside hosting, but new domain orders ended together with shared-hosting sales in February 2025. New customers should therefore view ICPH principally as a server provider rather than an all-in-one domain and website-hosting company.

Account management, billing, ordering and support use a WHMCS/WHMCompleteSolution environment. The interface has an older hosting-industry appearance and is functional rather than visually modern.

Localization is extensive inside the customer area.
