📄 Editorial Review
Infosaic Technologies, LLC is a long-running Windows-focused hosting provider based in Columbus, Ohio, with business activity traced to 2001. The company is a stronger match for customers who need Microsoft-oriented hosting rather than a standard low-cost Linux/cPanel account. Their portfolio includes Shared Hosting, Windows VPS / Cloud VPS, Dedicated Servers, Desktop as a Service / Virtual Desktop, domain registration, DNS management, email hosting, SSL/ecommerce features, ASP.NET hosting, MVC hosting, SQL Server hosting, WordPress hosting, DNN / DotNetNuke hosting, and web/database development services.Their strongest technical identity is the Microsoft hosting stack. Infosaic supports ASP.NET, Classic ASP, MVC, SQL Server, SQL Express, PHP, MySQL, WordPress, Joomla, DotNetNuke / DNN, and other CMS/application environments. Windows VPS plans run on Windows Server 2022, while dedicated server information still includes Windows Server 2016 references, so customers planning a dedicated deployment should confirm the exact operating system version before ordering.
Shared hosting is built for small business websites, Microsoft-based applications and common CMS projects, with support for PHP, ASP.NET, MySQL and SQL Express. VPS hosting is fully managed and includes Windows Server, RDP/browser access, dedicated IP, unmetered 100 Mbps traffic, and preconfigured web/database components. Dedicated servers add mirrored drives, managed Windows, Dell hardware, control panel access and full server-level configuration. The DaaS product is a separate cloud desktop service for remote workers or businesses that need persistent Windows desktops accessible by browser or RDP.
Infosaic also fits customers who prefer direct technical assistance instead of a purely self-service platform. The company handles website transfers, software upgrades, restores, CMS installation help and Windows hosting configuration through an in-house control panel. Prices are listed in USD, and the service is clearly oriented toward English-speaking customers.
The overall impression is stable and specialized rather than flashy. Infosaic looks like a provider built around Windows hosting experience, managed assistance and small-business continuity. Some older pages and legacy references remain active, especially around refund wording and Windows Server versions, so buyers should confirm the current technical details before placing a larger VPS or dedicated order.

😁 I finally found an inexpensive Virtual Desktop I can afford. Setup was really easy, and support helped me figure out how to use Zoom on it.
Thanks guys. Infosaic is great.

😁 Infosaic is a great host and the price is right. Anytime I've called for support over the past 2 years I've hosted with them I've been able to reach someone right away and they have always solved my issues instantly. Much better than other hosts I've used in the past. Very good host for .Net 3.5/4.0. We currently have 9 sites hosted with them and I plan to migrate the rest of our sites to them as they expire with our other hosting providers.

😠 We have a lot of different hosts. Infosaic is by far the worst. Our site got hacked by Lonzo, and we had a Russian Guy Picture on all our pages along with malicious code trying to put viruses on everyones computer that went there. Instead of acknowledging the problem, Infosaic blamed one of their clients. Didn't even offer a free month or anything. Our site would go down for hours at a time about once every 2-3 months. They would just say they were dealing with it. Gary would always just blame something else and say it was never his problem. Our emails wouldn't work. Comcast and AOL didn't like his settings. When we switched our new host fixed what comcast and AOL didn't like about our emails, and within minutes they started accepting our emails again. It took the new host 5 minutes to fix the problem. Gary always blamed comcast and aol instead of looking into his system and trying to fix the problem or see if there was a problem.
All that aside, I wouldn't spend the time to write a bad review, but a week ago (7-21-2010) We requested they cancel our SSL. They cancelled the SSL and deleted our entire database as well...
Then they blamed us, saying we requested them to delete our database, but when confronted on it, they can't produce that request. Only our request to cancel the SSL. Deleteing a clients database without their permission would be about as bad of a mistake as a hosting company could make.
So, I requested cancellation of services completely today, since they deleted our database without our permission, and didn't even offer to fix it, or apologize.
I had just paid for an additional 12 months of service and requested a refund of 10-11 months of pre-paid service that I won't be getting. What would a normal American company do? If it were me, I would acknowledge my serious mistakes, and refund a client the money. Instead April and Gary have decided that it's our fault, and won't refund 11 months of pre-paid service through May of 2011. They say I agreed to no refunds.
All in all, we have 11 different hosts, and have been working on the web since 98. Infosaic is by far the worst host I have ever even heard of. I would give them a negative 15 if the scale allowed.
If you have a website that is important to you, want emails that work, and don't want to pay for services not performed, i would suggest choosing a different host. If you have any questions, or think this is just a competitor of theirs, feel free to call us and we'll tell you exactly how bad they are. 208-449-1443

🗨 During our decade of in business we have been blamed for a range of customer problems, from being unable to fix customer’s inability to locate left mouse button, to neighborhood power outages. However, we’ve never had a customer who blamed us for all of customer’s misfortune at once: not able to send high volumes of borderline “junk-mail” messages to some providers, not being able to secure one’s application from SQL Injection, or to tell a difference if your sites does not come up because of your local internet provider or web hosting company.
So we wish this client the best of luck in the future. Please add us to the long list of the hosting companies you have tried (11 in 12 years!!!!!). Your money have been refunded, your service cancellation request (from 7-21-2010) is on file. Good luck.
