Server #3 is the highest specified IBM BladeCenter HS Series configuration in this group. It uses two Intel Xeon Quad Core 5500-series processors at 2.6 GHz or higher, delivering eight physical cores in total, together with 24 GB of RAM. Storage consists of two 300 GB 10K RPM SATA hard drives for 600 GB of combined raw capacity. RAID 0 or RAID 1 can be enabled, allowing a choice between striped capacity and mirrored redundancy. CentOS is the standard operating system and full root access is included; another operating system can be requested. A public monthly price is not stated for this configuration, so the rate is available by quotation. A one-year minimum contract applies to dedicated hosting. The package includes a dedicated unmetered burstable 10 Mbit/s Cogent connection, redundant management, network, and power modules, secure company-operated rack placement, customer-portal bandwidth monitoring, UPS and generator protection, a four-hour hardware replacement guarantee, and unlimited email support. The dedicated server operates inside a hardened, fully underground Iowa data center originally constructed as a government communications bunker. Power is delivered through a physically diverse A and B distribution design, conditioned by UPS systems, and protected by three turbine generator packages that can operate in redundant modes. Fuel storage is buried and protected, and the facility keeps several days of on-site reserve for extended utility failures. Cooling uses multiple independent DX units, economizers, dry coolers, chilled-water loops, and emergency overhead airflow. Temperature and humidity are computer controlled within data-center operating standards, while free cooling and economizer operation reduce energy use for much of the year. Network connectivity enters through 192 fiber strands from four compass directions, plus a separately owned route to the Des Moines telecom hotel. Multiple carriers, telecom-grade switching, diverse cores, IPv4 and IPv6 support, and rapid failover are available. Bandwidth is not oversubscribed, and blended BGP service carries a 100% uptime guarantee. Physical access requires passage through heavy steel man-trap doors with keycard, biometric, and keypad verification. Internal zones use additional access controls, magnetic locks, steel bolts, surveillance, and entry logging. The site is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Facility efficiency includes renewable-energy use, free cooling, high-efficiency motors and chillers, recycling, water reuse, and an average PUE reported around 1.2 to 1.28.

InfoBunker is a privately held American colocation and data-center company founded in 2003 by Jason McGinnis and Jeff Daniels. The company acquired its primary Iowa facility shortly after formation, rebuilt its technical infrastructure, and began serving customers in 2006.

This is a specialized infrastructure provider rather than a conventional shared-hosting company. Its main services include per-unit colocation, full-rack colocation, private data-center suites, secure vaults, dedicated servers, network connectivity, disaster-recovery offices, and mobile recovery facilities. The company is particularly suitable for healthcare organizations, telecommunications businesses, insurers, government agencies, biotechnology companies, and other customers that place strong physical security and business continuity above inexpensive entry-level hosting.

The primary facility contains approximately 65,000 square feet, with around 38,000 square feet of usable data-floor space, inside a former government communications bunker constructed during the Cold War. The critical infrastructure is underground and protected by reinforced concrete, heavy steel security doors, electromagnetic-pulse shielding, shock-mounted equipment, nuclear, biological, and chemical air filtration, underground water reserves, and independent emergency power.

Physical access is controlled through keycards, biometric verification, security codes, mantrap-style entrances, magnetic locks, steel bolts, video surveillance, and permanently staffed security procedures. The building was originally engineered to keep sensitive communications equipment operational during military emergencies and major civil disruptions.

Per-U Colocation is intended for customers that need space for one or several servers without leasing a complete rack. The service includes placement in a lockable shared cabinet, bandwidth, IP addresses, monitored power, Gigabit connectivity, and remotely managed power outlets. Separate work areas allow customers to service hardware without working directly inside the restricted data-floor aisles.

Full Rack Colocation includes lockable 42U cabinets, Gigabit network connections, monitored APC power distribution, and support for relatively dense deployments. Standard racks can accommodate at least 5 kW, while custom installations can exceed 10 kW and reach approximately 30 kW when the necessary electrical and cooling capacity is reserved. Redundant top-of-rack switching and alternate network paths are also available.

Customers requiring multiple cabinets can use Private Data Center Suites. These are individually secured rooms rather than conventional wire cages and generally begin at approximately 160 square feet. Private suites include dedicated access controls, video monitoring, independent fire suppression, cooling, dual network connections, and preinstalled copper, fiber, and electrical infrastructure. Standard private-suite agreements require a three-year commitment.

The highest-security option is the Data Center Vault service. Vaults range from approximately 600 square feet to more than 10,000 square feet and use reinforced-concrete walls, heavy structural steel, and GSA-rated Class 5 or stronger armory doors. SCIF and TEMPEST construction can be included for government, defense, and highly sensitive commercial installations.

Dedicated Server Hosting is available on IBM BladeCenter infrastructure. The packages include full root access, CentOS, redundant management and power modules, UPS and generator protection, bandwidth monitoring, unlimited email support, and a four-hour hardware replacement guarantee. Additional storage, memory, RAID, bandwidth, operating systems, and monitoring services can be configured.

The dedicated-server range uses older Intel Xeon 5400 and 5500-series processors, SAS or SATA disks, and between 8 GB and 24 GB of memory. These configurations are considerably older than modern cloud and bare-metal platforms, so customers should confirm the availability of newer processors, SSD or NVMe storage, and current operating systems before signing a contract.

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity services are an important part of the company’s portfolio. Three recovery suites can accommodate up to 30 people and include telephones, network access, Internet connectivity, meeting areas, kitchens, showers, and staff parking. Instead of maintaining a permanently reserved office at full monthly cost, customers can pay for recovery capacity per person and per day when the service is activated.

Custom Mobile Recovery Trailers provide temporary workstations, communications equipment, generator power, redundant cooling, and storage outside the primary facility. Optional equipment can include satellite communications, operations-center displays, kitchens, restrooms, sleeping areas, UPS systems, and additional technical infrastructure. These units can function as mobile offices, emergency command centers, or temporary data-center environments.

The website is available in English, and prices are expressed in US dollars. Its narrow page layout, static .shtml structure, and older product terminology give it a legacy appearance. The information remains practical, but the design is less modern and less mobile-friendly than the websites of newer colocation and cloud providers.
