MikroTik Cloud Hosted Router (CHR) provides 1 vCore on an Intel Xeon E5-2695v4 platform, 1 GB ECC RAM, 10 GB SSD storage, one static IPv4 address and 10 TiB of included monthly bandwidth. Network speed is up to 200 Mbit/s, and after the included bandwidth limit is exceeded the connection can continue at up to 5 Mbit/s. A firewall is available with up to 15 rules, snapshots are supported with a 48-hour snapshot lifetime, SMTP is available on demand, and the MikroTik license is included free subject to the applicable MikroTik licensing restrictions. Weekly Backup is included free in the selected configuration. Optional resources include an additional 2 TiB of bandwidth for $1.00/month, an additional 10 TiB as a one-time bandwidth purchase for $3.00, an additional recurring 10 TiB for $3.00/month, and an additional IPv4 address for $2.00/month.
The regular monthly billing price is $5.00. VPS configurations start with 1 vCPU, 2 GiB RAM and 30 GiB SSD storage and scale up to 14 vCPU, 40 GiB RAM and 600 GiB storage. When the included monthly traffic is exhausted, lower VPS tiers are reduced to 5 Mbit/s and larger plans to 10 Mbit/s until additional traffic is purchased or the server is upgraded.
Every VPS includes a free weekly backup, while optional automatic daily backups cost an additional 20% of the VPS monthly price. Customers can also create server snapshots without an additional charge. Free VPS migration is available for customers transferring existing virtual servers from another provider.
Domain registration is available within the same customer account. Registrations normally begin after payment and can complete quickly when registrant information is valid, although additional identity or WHOIS verification can delay activation. Cloud Router services are also available through the customer platform.
