Its commercial activity dates back to 2007, while the current legal entity was registered on March 11, 2009, under Vietnamese tax number 0103581701. Trần Kiên serves as the company’s legal representative.

The business went through several important stages during its development. The iNET brand began operating in 2007, the current company was incorporated in 2009, and it became an official national .VN domain registrar in 2012. ICANN accreditation later enabled iNET to register and manage international generic domain names directly.

The company serves more than 50,000 customers and operates with a workforce in the 11–50 employee range. Its main market is Vietnam, with offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnamese-language customer assistance, local payment methods and product prices in Vietnamese dong.

The website and customer environment are modern and comprehensive, although the service remains primarily designed for Vietnamese users. Product information, technical documentation, billing procedures and contractual conditions are mainly available in Vietnamese.
