IndoWebsite is one of Indonesia's longer-established web hosting providers, operating since September 2005 and currently managed by PT. Tujuh Ion Indonesia from Cibitung, Bekasi, West Java. The business began with web-design work, introduced hosting under the dplanet name in December 2005, and adopted the IndoWebsite brand in November 2007 when its first formal office opened in Cibitung. Infrastructure expansion accelerated from 2011, and the company passed 40,000 customers by 2016. It now serves more than 80,000 active customers, ranging from individuals and freelancers to SMEs and larger corporate users.

Current management includes Ahmad Saripudin as CEO and Mugi Sugiono as COO, supported by technical support, server administration, finance, and billing teams. IndoWebsite has developed well beyond basic shared hosting, with a portfolio covering conventional hosting, budget hosting, free hosting, dedicated-resource hosting, virtual servers, dedicated servers, email, domains, SSL certificates, website creation tools, and professional web-design services.

The main Web Hosting range combines shared hosting with cloud-based infrastructure and uses cPanel, LiteSpeed Enterprise with LSCache, NVMe or SSD storage, CloudLinux, Imunify360, free SSL, automated backups, Softaculous, MariaDB/MySQL, multiple PHP versions, Node.js, and Python. Free website migration is included, while qualifying annual subscriptions include an eligible domain for the first year.

Starter Web Hosting begins at around Rp 36,111 per month when purchased for three years and includes 3 GB storage, one CPU core, and 1 GB RAM. Larger configurations provide considerably more storage and resources, reaching approximately 250 GB storage, four CPU cores, and 4 GB RAM. SSH access becomes available on the higher plans.

Customers can select hosting according to their target audience, with service locations in Cikarang and Jakarta, Indonesia; Singapore; and Los Angeles, United States. Indonesian locations are the natural choice for websites focused on domestic traffic, while Singapore provides a good regional option for Southeast Asia and Los Angeles offers better proximity for North American visitors.

Hosting Murah is the lower-cost shared hosting range aimed at personal websites, small company profiles, micro-businesses, and other lightweight projects. GO starts at Rp 12,500 per month on its longest billing term and provides 1 GB SSD storage, unlimited data transfer, one database, one FTP account, and one email account. GROW increases capacity to 1.5 GB storage with two databases and two email accounts, while MAX includes 2 GB storage, three databases, and four email accounts. All three packages use cPanel and include SSL.

IndoWebsite has also offered Hosting Gratis since 2015. It costs Rp 0 while the associated paid domain remains active and includes 150 MB SSD storage, one email account, one MySQL database, one FTP account, unlimited bandwidth, and SSL. This service uses Control Web Panel rather than cPanel. It is better suited to students, experiments, small landing pages, and basic websites than production projects, particularly because application-level support and automatic daily backup are not included.

A separate 7-day free cPanel hosting trial gives prospective customers a better representation of the normal shared-hosting environment. It includes 6 GB SSD storage, two CPU cores, 2 GB RAM, unlimited bandwidth, email, databases, FTP, addon domains, subdomains, LiteSpeed Enterprise, SSL, Imunify360, CageFS, Softaculous, and cPanel. The trial does not require a credit card, but capacity is limited to 100 new activations per month and trial data is removed after seven days unless the account is upgraded.

The range extends through Cloud VM6, with configurations reaching 8 CPU cores, 32 GB RAM, 640 GB SSD storage, and 6 TB transfer.

Customers receive root access and can install common Linux distributions or Windows Server. Server controls cover rebooting, operating-system installation, console access, resource monitoring, and rescue functions.

VPS is unmanaged by default, so operating-system maintenance, firewall rules, security updates, software configuration, and application troubleshooting remain the customer's responsibility. A paid managed-service option is available for customers who need assistance with OS installation, control-panel setup, security, scheduled patching, monitoring, and backup. Commercial hosting-panel licenses are separate from the standard VPS price.

The Dedicated Server range provides complete physical servers with root-level control. Current configurations use dual Intel Xeon E5 processors, substantial RAM capacities, mirrored SSD storage, dedicated IP addresses, and unlimited bandwidth. The entry E5-2630 configuration includes 20 cores / 40 threads, 64 GB RAM, and 2 × 480 GB SATA SSD in RAID 1. Higher E5-2650 and E5-2680 systems increase memory to 128 GB and 256 GB respectively.

Dedicated servers are normally unmanaged, with management and backup available separately. Custom requirements such as additional RAM, alternative RAID arrangements, GPU hardware, and higher network capacity can also be arranged.

Colocation is available for organizations that own their own server hardware and need rack space, redundant power, cooling, physical security, and network connectivity without renting an entire server from IndoWebsite.

The Email Hosting portfolio is suitable for businesses that prefer to separate corporate email from website hosting. The entry Email Company package provides 20 GB storage, unlimited email accounts, 200 outgoing emails per hour, unlimited data transfer, SSL, SpamExperts filtering, SMTP, IMAP, POP3, cPanel, and webmail. Eight tiers are available, extending to Email Master-4 with 1 TB storage and unrestricted hourly email capacity. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are supported.

Domain registration covers international and Indonesian domain extensions, including .com, .net, .org, .id, .co.id, and .my.id. The inexpensive .my.id extension starts around Rp 11,000 for the first year, while .com is around Rp 198,000, .id around Rp 230,000, and .co.id around Rp 340,000. DNS management, email forwarding, transfer locking, auto-renewal, and privacy options are available. Indonesian domain extensions that require organizational documentation naturally involve a longer validation procedure than unrestricted extensions.

SSL is already included with hosting, but customers who require a commercial certificate can purchase SSL Certificates separately. Entry pricing starts at approximately Rp 75,000 per year for a single-domain DV certificate, with multi-domain, premium, and wildcard certificates also available. Installation assistance is included, including installation on compatible external hosting services.

The Website Builder provides a visual drag-and-drop environment for customers who do not want to manage WordPress or write code. It includes more than 160 responsive templates, basic SEO controls, local Indonesian hosting, unlimited bandwidth, SSL, and an eligible free first-year domain on annual subscriptions. The Personal package provides 10 GB SSD storage, while Company removes the stated storage limitation.

Customers wanting a complete website rather than a self-service builder can use Jasa Pembuatan Website. Packages currently start at Rp 1,750,000 for the first year, including web design, hosting, domain, SSL, and maintenance. PLAN 1 covers five pages with an estimated five-working-day completion period, PLAN 2 covers ten pages in approximately seven working days, and PLAN 3 provides up to twenty pages with an estimated fourteen-working-day schedule. These packages suit company profiles, portfolios, landing pages, and similar business websites.

The main commercial experience is designed primarily for Indonesian customers. Bahasa Indonesia is the principal website language and Indonesian rupiah (IDR/Rp) is the commercial currency. No complete multi-language/localized ordering environment exists.
