Imena.ua is one of Ukraine’s longest-established domain registration and hosting companies, operating since 2000. The service belongs to Internet Invest Ltd., with much of its hosting infrastructure connected to the related MiroHost brand. The company is closely associated with Ukrainian Internet entrepreneur Oleksandr Olshanskyi, president of Internet Invest and an important figure in the development of Ukraine’s online services industry.

Domain registration remains one of the company’s strongest areas. Internet Invest Ltd. dba Imena.ua is an ICANN-accredited registrar, identified by registrar number 1112, giving customers a direct relationship with an accredited registrar rather than an ordinary domain reseller.

The domain catalog includes international extensions, Ukrainian national and regional domains, Cyrillic names, premium domains, transfers and trademark registration. Direct registration under .UA requires a corresponding trademark, and Imena.ua can assist customers with the trademark-registration procedure.

Domain accounts include DNS hosting, domain parking, web forwarding, email forwarding, automatic renewal, delegated account access and an online domain-registration certificate. The DNS platform operates across 12 servers located in separate network segments, providing better resilience for business websites and larger domain portfolios.

The company combines domain management with a broad hosting and infrastructure catalog:

Shared Hosting operates on Debian Linux with SSD storage and a proprietary management panel. The Mini, Site and Portal packages provide between 3 GB and 9 GB of storage and support from one to five websites. Standard facilities include PHP, MySQL, FTP accounts, mailboxes, webmail, automated CMS installation and remote backups.

WordPress and Joomla can be installed automatically. Backups are created every day, stored separately from the main hosting infrastructure and retained for 15 days. Shared hosting also includes a five-day test period, giving customers an opportunity to check the platform before committing to a paid term.

A free domain is available with qualifying prepaid hosting subscriptions, depending on the package and selected extension. Mini is designed for one smaller website, while Site and Portal provide additional capacity for customers managing several business, content or personal sites.

Elastic VPS, known as eVPS, combines guaranteed virtual-server resources with temporary access to additional processing capacity. This reserve can handle short traffic surges, inefficient application activity or temporary load increases without immediately interrupting the server.

Continued use of additional resources normally requires migration to a larger plan. The eVPS range starts with 0.5 GB RAM and 8 GB SSD and scales to configurations with 32 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD.

Each eVPS includes a dedicated IP address, support for unlimited domains, daily backups and geographically separated email infrastructure. A 30-day trial period is included, making eVPS one of the more flexible services in the company’s catalog.

Cloud Servers are available in Ukraine and Poland, allowing customers to select domestic Ukrainian infrastructure or an EU location. The platform uses Intel Xeon Gold and AMD EPYC processors together with NVMe SSD storage.

Cloud instances can be deployed from Linux operating-system images, prepared application templates or a custom ISO image. Available cloud functions include IPv4 and IPv6, private networks, firewall rules, floating IP addresses, snapshots, backups, SSH access and VNC console access.

The GO, FLEX, PLUS and POWER server families cover smaller websites, development platforms, business applications, databases and heavier production workloads. Server capacity can be expanded without rebuilding the complete instance, while private networking allows several cloud servers to operate as part of the same environment.

Many cloud configurations include substantial outbound transfer allocations, unlimited inbound traffic and network ports reaching 1 Gbit/s. Customers can also divide infrastructure between Ukraine and Poland for geographic flexibility.

Dedicated Servers provide full root-level access with Linux or FreeBSD installation. Customers that do not want to manage the operating system directly can add the SMART administration service.

SMART includes server monitoring, software maintenance, backups and a graphical management interface. Standard server installation is normally completed within one business day.

Dedicated configurations range from smaller Pentium and Core i3 systems to Intel Xeon E3 and dual Intel Xeon Silver servers. Some lower-priced machines use earlier processor generations, but they remain suitable for traditional web hosting, mail platforms, storage services and workloads where dedicated resources matter more than the newest CPU architecture.

Colocation Hosting is available in the Kyiv data center for equipment ranging from 1U to 6U, along with complete 46U cabinets. Individual-server packages include equipment installation, an Ethernet connection, Ukrainian traffic and continuous technical assistance.

Full-cabinet configurations can include a 1 Gbit/s connection, IP-KVM access, a managed network switch, IP addresses and international bandwidth. This makes the colocation service suitable for companies that own their hardware but require professional power, cooling, security and connectivity.

Managed Video Streaming provides a prepared virtual server and a proprietary management interface for uploading recordings, arranging playlists and operating continuous video channels. The available packages support video resolutions up to 1080p at 30 frames per second.

This service is suitable for scheduled online channels, informational streams, continuous media playback and broadcasting pre-recorded content without building a streaming platform from the ground up.

The website supports Ukrainian, Russian and English. The interface has a traditional narrow-layout design compared with newer cloud platforms, and parts of the English localization are less polished than the Ukrainian version. Product ordering, billing, account management and technical documentation remain accessible across the main service areas.
