With customers from over 60 countries and 5 international locations, IKoula has been around since 1998 and it gained a strong reputation for their services and speed performance. IKoula also prides in being an environmentally friendly company.They have registered 350 peering agreements and fast loading times up to 50 Gbps network availability. The website is available in multiple languages, including French, English, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Chinese.

Shared hosting packages are available for both Linux and Windows and offer support for Open Source developers (PHP, Python, MySQL) and ASP.NET. One inconvenience that appears when we compare the offers displayed at IKoula with other great hosting companies is that some features implemented in the plans are unlimited whereas here they are limited.
You can get pre-configured, tailor-made or high availability VPS plans. These work with Hyper-V technology and operate on 100 Mbps full duplex. Backup is made through iKeepinCloud provided by your Extranet. You get the freedom to upgrade resources at any time.
Dedicated servers come in a variety of configurations but you also have the possibility to build your own server. All servers run on Intel Xeon processors and these are configured on hardware RAID. 😠 I buy a vps by selecting Italian IP. I receive a VPS with a French connection. Then begins an embarrassing dialogue with technical support, which tells me that they only use French IPs, and therefore they cannot do anything about it. I contact the call center, a nice gentleman answers me and tells me that he would have solved the problem. After a few days the same response that I had received from technical support arrives, namely that there are only French IPs. I then ask for a refund, and instructions on how to request it. A week has passed and I am still waiting for an answer.
True story unfortunately.
I have tried several sites that deal with these products, and this is the only one that has behaved incorrectly. There are many excellent ones, avoid ikoula.
