📄 Editorial Review

IISP.com is operated by Guangdong Nicenic Smart Technology Co., Ltd. (广东耐思智慧科技有限公司), a Zhuhai-based Chinese internet-services company established in 2006. The business was founded by Wang Zheng (王征), who has also served as chairman. The company began on a very small scale in Zhuhai before expanding its operations and developing into a provider covering domains, hosting, servers, website creation, enterprise email, SSL certificates and other services for Chinese businesses.

Domain registration is one of its most established activities. IISP became an ICANN-accredited registrar in 2013 and had already received recognition from CNNIC several years earlier. Its regulatory credentials in China also include domain-registration and value-added telecommunications licensing. The company obtained ISO 9001 certification in 2023 and was recognized as a specialized and sophisticated SME in Guangdong in 2025.

The scale of the registrar business is substantial, with more than 1,000,000 registered domains, more than one million customers and a large reseller/channel network. IISP also maintains more than 100 experienced technical personnel, while its JianZhan BaoHe website-building platform has accumulated hundreds of thousands of users.

Domain registration covers mainstream extensions including .COM, .NET and .CN together with many newer generic and country-code TLDs. Domain-management features include registration, transfers, registrar locking, WHOIS privacy for supported extensions, bulk operations and NDNS intelligent DNS. DNS availability reaches 99.9%+, while DNS changes can become effective within several minutes. WHOIS privacy is available without an additional charge where the registry allows it.

Cloud virtual hosting is divided into smaller M-series plans and larger G-series packages. Depending on the account, customers can use PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server and Access. Packages combine web storage, database space, mailbox capacity, monthly traffic allocations, backup space and monitoring. Mainland Chinese customers can also receive ICP filing assistance. A three-day free trial is available for cloud virtual hosting.

Magic Cube Hosting is designed for customers operating many websites from a larger shared allocation. One representative configuration provides 10 GB of website storage, 10 GB of backup capacity, up to 100 separate websites and 2 GB of database space. Individual IIS directories and resource allocations can be configured for different sites, making this service particularly useful for agencies, developers and customers maintaining multiple independent projects. Service locations include mainland China, Hong Kong and the United States.

Cloud servers are available from locations including mainland China, Hong Kong and the United States. The service includes remote administration, snapshots, backup functions, monitoring, resource expansion, operating-system management and network-security controls. The management environment also integrates functions for IIS, FTP, databases, SMTP, web services and virtual machines.

Dedicated servers and colocation remain available for customers requiring their own server environment. Locations include mainland China, Hong Kong and the United States, with options for server rental, hardware colocation, dedicated bandwidth and administration. Managed services can cover operating-system installation, software deployment, security checks, patches, troubleshooting, remote reboots and backups.

Some traditional hosting and dedicated-server configurations belong to an older generation of the catalog. Several configurations still contain hardware such as Intel Atom D510/D525, G630 and older Core i3/i5 processors, while older hosting specifications include Windows Server 2003/2008, IIS 6/7 and historic PHP versions. Customers ordering these services in 2026 should therefore confirm the actual server hardware, operating system, PHP release and network allocation applicable to the new account.

JianZhan BaoHe Website Builder has become one of IISP's major products. The platform dates back to 2007 and combines visual drag-and-drop website creation with AI-assisted planning, writing, image generation, translation, keyword tools and automated customer-service functions. Desktop, tablet, mobile, WeChat official-account and WeChat mini-program versions can be managed from the same environment.

The builder includes more than 1,000 templates together with a large library of design and media resources. E-commerce functions cover products, promotions, memberships, customer orders and payment integration with Alipay, WeChat Pay and PayPal. Foreign-trade packages also add multilingual capabilities, with AI-assisted translation across 16 languages and hosting routes suitable for international websites.

The website-building ecosystem has also been distributed through larger Chinese technology channels and has participated in SaaS cooperation involving Tencent Cloud, China Unicom, Huawei Cloud and Baidu Cloud.

Other business services include enterprise email, SSL certificates, 400 business telephone numbers, enterprise SMS, trademark services, ICP/ISP licensing assistance, custom website development and online promotion. Enterprise email includes AES encryption, real-time and remote backups, anti-virus and anti-spam protection, mobile access, WeChat integration, cloud storage and support for large attachments. Its system fault-free rate and network connectivity are rated at 99.9%.

SSL certificates include DV, wildcard, OV and EV options. Depending on the certificate, customers can receive 256-bit encryption, unlimited installation on supported servers and different warranty levels. SSL purchases include a 30-day refund period, which applies specifically to the SSL product rather than representing a general hosting refund policy.

The main IISP interface is Simplified Chinese. The website-building platform itself is considerably more international because multilingual websites and overseas hosting routes are supported, but the core customer storefront remains primarily aimed at Chinese-speaking customers.

The newer company and AI website-building sections are modern and feature-rich, while parts of the traditional hosting and IDC area retain an older design, narrow page layouts and legacy technical terminology. This contrast reflects the company's evolution from a traditional hosting and domain business into a broader SaaS and online-business provider.
