IHS Telekom is one of Turkey’s longest-established domain registration, web hosting and cloud infrastructure companies. The business was founded in 1999 by Emre Sayın, who remains associated with the company as Founder and CEO. Its organization is within the 11–50 employee range, with corporate operations connected to Gazimağusa in Northern Cyprus and Wilmington, Delaware.

IHS became an ICANN-accredited registrar in 2007 under IANA ID 1091 and received authorization for Turkish domain registrations in 2008. The cPanel hosting range provides a straightforward starting point for regular websites. The smallest package includes 10 GB of NVMe storage, 100 GB of monthly traffic, one hosted website, ten email accounts, one CPU core, 1 GB RAM and five MySQL databases. Free SSL, antispam protection, weekly backups and website migration are included.

Larger cPanel packages increase the number of websites, email accounts, processor resources, memory and databases. The most capable shared configuration supports ten websites, four CPU cores, 8 GB RAM and 300 mailboxes. The separate Kangal email-security service provides hosted spam filtering, malware protection, quarantine management, blacklists, whitelists and automated learning. It can protect email systems hosted inside or outside the IHS network.

Domain registration remains a central part of the business. Customers can register, transfer and manage hundreds of generic and country-code extensions, perform bulk searches, use Whois tools, register `.tr`, `.com.tr`, `.ist` and `.istanbul` domains and submit trademark records through TMCH.

The website is modern, responsive and reasonably easy to navigate. It is primarily available in Turkish, without a complete English-language storefront. Product prices can be displayed in US dollars or Turkish lira, with Turkish-lira amounts calculated according to the applicable exchange rate.
