IHC.RU, legally operated by LLC Internet-Hosting, is a Russian hosting and infrastructure provider founded in 2009. The company began serving customers during the same year and later expanded from conventional website hosting into virtual servers, dedicated hardware, colocation, cloud applications, backup storage, networking services and domain registration.

The company’s development accelerated in September 2021 through the acquisition of Majordomo. Majordomo had more than 40,000 private and corporate customers at the time of the transaction, while the combined customer base was expected to approach 110,000 accounts. Majordomo continued operating as a separate hosting brand after the acquisition.

IHC now covers Linux shared hosting, premium hosting, reseller hosting, Virtuozzo VPS, KVM VDS, Windows VPS, high-frequency virtual servers, dedicated-storage VDS, dedicated servers, GPU servers, colocation, domains, SSL certificates, backup storage, cloud 1C hosting, commercial software licenses, IP telephony, IPv4 network rental and autonomous-system services.

Shared hosting is divided into four principal plans with approximately 2 GB to 30 GB of NVMe SSD storage. The entry package supports two websites, while the largest regular package supports as many as 50 websites. Customers receive selectable PHP versions, MySQL databases, email accounts, Cron tasks, automated CMS installation, Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates and DDoS protection. Longer billing periods can also include a free .RU domain.

Web, database and email workloads operate on separate systems instead of sharing a single server environment. This arrangement improves service isolation and reduces the likelihood that a failure affecting one component will interrupt every part of an account.

Premium Hosting is intended for agencies, busy content projects and customers who need considerably more storage without administering their own server. The principal packages provide 200 GB or 400 GB of disk space and support a very large number of websites.

Reseller Hosting is available with ispmanager or cPanel. Packages differ by storage allocation and the number of independent customer accounts, beginning at approximately 15 accounts and extending to around 60. Resellers can create separate hosting users while managing the service centrally.

The virtual-server portfolio is one of IHC’s strongest areas. Entry-level Virtuozzo VPS packages suit development systems, private applications, proxy services and smaller websites. KVM VDS provides full virtualization, root access and NVMe storage, making it more appropriate for production applications, custom software stacks, containers and databases.

Several specialized KVM ranges cover more demanding use cases. European VDS is hosted in Amsterdam and can be billed in rubles, US dollars or euros. Hong Kong VDS uses AMD EPYC processors and NVMe storage for projects serving East Asian audiences. CPU-optimized packages use high-frequency processors reaching approximately 5 GHz, while dedicated-storage VDS packages combine private disk resources with a dedicated 1 Gbps network port.

Large-disk configurations are suitable for storage-intensive applications, archives and databases. Windows VPS includes licensed Windows Server 2016 or 2019, with entry configurations starting at 4 GB RAM. Linux customers can choose AlmaLinux, Debian, Ubuntu or install another operating system from a custom ISO.

Landing pages for VPN servers, game servers, bots, Ubuntu, Debian and CentOS are based on the same underlying virtual-server platforms, with configurations adapted to particular workloads.

Dedicated Servers are available in Russia and the Netherlands. The catalog ranges from affordable Intel Xeon systems to high-frequency Intel Core and AMD platforms, large-memory machines, hardware RAID servers and European configurations with network ports reaching 10 Gbps. Root access, an IP address and operating-system installation are included.

The GPU server category serves machine learning, artificial intelligence, video processing, 3D rendering, scientific computing and other workloads that benefit from parallel processing. Hardware configurations have included NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti, RTX 4070 Ti, RTX 4090, RTX 5090, RTX 6000 Ada and A100 accelerators. Availability varies substantially because high-end graphics hardware is allocated in limited quantities.

Colocation is available for customer-owned servers in Moscow. The standard service includes an IPv4 address, an IPv6 /64 network, physical access, remote restart assistance, DNS service and either unmetered 100 Mbps connectivity or a traffic allowance through a 1 Gbps port. Faster ports, additional addresses, enhanced traffic routes and L4–L7 DDoS protection can be added.

Domain registration covers Russian, international and regional extensions. .RU and .РФ domains are processed through accredited registrar MaxName (maxname.ru). Transfers from several supported Russian registrar systems are free, while transfers from other registrars can involve an administrative charge.

The broader service portfolio includes FTP and SSH backup storage, hosted 1C environments, Microsoft licenses, CMS licenses, ispmanager licenses, free FASTPANEL installation, business IP telephony, IPv4 network rental, RIPE-sponsored resources, ASN registration and dedicated IP assignments.

Cloud 1C includes application administration, updates, automated backups and 24/7 technical assistance. This product is restricted to Russian residents.

Russian is the primary service language. An English international version is available through IHC.HOST, while the Hong Kong operation includes English and Chinese localization. Most Russian services are billed in RUB. European servers can also use USD or EUR, and Hong Kong packages are priced in US dollars.
