Other powerful features include: generous data traffic, password protection on files, share timeout (control over the time your files are shared) as well as upgraded features.
The good news is that customers can also choose their free account which offers you the possibility to try out what they offer. The fact that you can get a free account with 10 GB storage and 3TB daily traffic is an outstanding element about them.

😠 Purchased Pro+ to finally put an end to my storage issues. I'm using a Mac. The uploads were very unreliable - imagine uploading 100 videos and 15 are unsuccessful - then having to find and sort those 15 from the origin drive and upload again. Earlier, some videos would not play and forced a download - I don't want a 5 gig file downloading. Now none of the video play, just a little spinning icon - forever. Tried to send a ticket but support page is blank, Nothing. I don't want my money back - I just want this to work. If it will not work then buy me something that does.

😠 Lack of support is a major problem here. Support tickets more than 10 days old. 5 days with no reply. I've seen bad support before but these guys just took it to another level where they don't even bother responding to tickets.
