To meet the needs of our customers with heavy sites, we have prepared a special category of plans - our Managed VPS plans. They all come with dedicated hardware resources that are set up to meet the needs of popular heavily-visited dynamic sites, which have become unsuitable to be hosted on shared servers. The best description of this type of hosting is that you get dedicated resources, but we are the ones that set up everything. As a Managed VPS customer, you get the same Control Panel software shared hosting plans have, but on the background, your account will be the only one on the platform.

SSD STORAGE
Our experience shows that when it comes to popular, heavily-visited MySQL-driven sites, usually the culprit is neither the CPU time, nor the space/traffic. It is the I/O subsystem that is usually overloaded by heavy MySQL queries. We have eliminated this problem by using Solid-State-Disks - their performance is much better than that of RAID6 HDD arrays.

FPM WITH OPCACHE, SERVER-SIDE CACHING
Our VPS plans come with website optimization techniques out of the box - FPM with OPcache is the best way to run PHP, while our NGINX-based server-side caching gives you the speed boost your website needs.

MORE BACKUPS
System backups on Managed VPS plans are kept for longer - we keep daily backups for the last 15 days, compared to seven backups kept for shared hosting plans. This gives you more recovery options in case something goes wrong.

DEDICATED IP ADDRESS, WEB, MYSQL, AND MAIL SERVERS
As you will be the only user on the virtual machine, any services on it will run only for your site. This makes the server behavior fully predictable for you, as no other user can clog up any of the services, or do anything that can obstruct the operation of your site or mail.

REDIS & MEMCACHED
Redis and Memcached are memory caching systems that are used to increase the speed of dynamic web sites by reducing the CPU/database load. These systems generally optimize the performance of the server and provide further resources to our site.

SSH ACCESS
All of our plans come with SSH access to the server. This is a managed service, and you will not get root access; however, SSH will allow you to easily perform most tasks.

VIDEO PROCESSING
Although requested by customers, video processing utilities are not suitable for shared hosting servers, as they require a lot more server (CPU) resources. However, with our Managed VPS plans and their dedicated resources, there is no problem to run video-processing utilities on your account.
