Established in 2004 by Suchada Junchan, the company has more than two decades of experience in web hosting, server administration, domain registration, data protection, and managed business infrastructure.

Its portfolio covers shared cloud hosting, managed hosting, Linux and Windows VPS, high-availability cloud servers, dedicated servers, backup and disaster recovery, domain registration, SSL certificates, used servers, and replacement server components. New AI-assisted infrastructure management and private business knowledge services are also under development.

The standard Cloud Web Hosting range works well for personal sites, small businesses, WordPress projects, email hosting, and conventional PHP applications. Linux hosting begins at approximately ฿500 per year and includes Enterprise SSD storage, free SSL, automated backups, and a 99.9% uptime SLA. Larger packages provide additional storage, databases, email accounts, and support for multiple domains.

Multi-Language Hosting supports PHP, Python, Ruby, and Node.js applications, while JSP Hosting adds Java application support alongside PHP. IC Guardian is the company’s fully managed hosting service for businesses without an internal system administrator. Backups run automatically each night, with notifications when a task is incomplete or unsuccessful. Larger packages add extended retention, engineer-assisted recovery, formal disaster-recovery planning, and live replicas with recovery targets below one hour.

IC WP Shield focuses on managed WordPress maintenance, security, malware protection, tested updates, and white-label support for agencies. IC Brain is designed as a private company knowledge and AI platform for internal procedures, human resources, sales, and customer support. IC Pulse adds server monitoring, anomaly detection, notifications, and automated recovery for infrastructure hosted with IC-MyHost or another provider. These three services remain in the coming-soon or early-access stage.

The VPS range includes dedicated CPU and memory allocations, Enterprise SSD storage, root or administrator access, one IPv4 address, daily snapshots, and unmetered traffic through a 1 Gbps port. The Dedicated Server range is built mainly around Dell PowerEdge equipment. Available systems include older R310 and R610 servers as well as more capable R620 and R640 configurations. Each server includes a gigabit network port, unmetered transfer, one IPv4 address, and access to on-site engineers. R610 and newer models also include iDRAC Enterprise remote management.

The lower-cost dedicated servers use older hardware generations and can be practical for backups, development environments, secondary services, and workloads with moderate processing requirements. Customers planning modern virtualization or more demanding production systems should prioritize R640 configurations with Xeon Gold processors and confirm disk condition, RAID layout, power consumption, and stock before ordering.

Used Dell servers and replacement parts are also available. The component catalog can include ECC memory, SAS and SATA hard drives, SSDs, power supplies, RAID controllers, cooling fans, rails, bezels, and backplanes. Selected used parts include a 30-day replacement warranty.

Domain services cover international extensions, Thai domains, Thai-language internationalized domains, transfers, DNS management, nameserver changes, renewal controls, and Whois privacy. IC-MyHost has operated as an authorized THNIC reseller since 2009. SSL certificates are available in DV, OV, and EV formats.
