Hvosting.ua is a Ukrainian web hosting and server provider with a long operating history dating to April 20, 2002, when its first hosting server was placed in colocation. More than two decades in the market have given the company a substantial background in conventional Linux hosting, virtual servers, dedicated infrastructure, domain registration and related Internet services. Konstantin Kravchenko has a long-standing technical and business connection with Hvosting, while the company's autonomous network, AS43773, is registered to PE Konstantin Vladimirovich Kravchenko. Customer contracts identify FOP Kravchenko O.O. as the service provider.

The service portfolio covers Linux Shared Hosting, VPS/VDS, Dedicated Servers, Domains and Backup Storage. Hvosting is also an official registrar for Ukrainian .UA domains, making domain services an important part of the business rather than simply an add-on to hosting accounts.

The regular Shared Hosting range includes Site, Multisite1 through Multisite5 and VIP1 through VIP3. Site is intended for one small website and includes 200 MB of disk space. Multisite packages gradually increase resources from 600 MB for two websites to 30 GB for as many as 25 websites. VIP packages provide 4 GB, 8 GB or 16 GB of storage and support one, two or four websites respectively. Traffic is unmetered and daily backups are included.

The shared platform is primarily suited to traditional Linux website hosting. PHP is available alongside MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite and db4 databases, with additional support for Perl, Python and Ruby. Other standard functionality includes DNS management, authenticated SMTP, POP3, IMAP, WebMail, email antivirus and antispam protection, FTP, CGI-BIN, SSI and SSL. Hosting packages also have defined processor-resource allocations, so CPU consumption is controlled rather than hidden behind an unrealistic unlimited-resources policy.

Hvosting has operated its Linux hosting cluster since September 2009. Windows shared hosting for ASP, .NET and C# applications is not part of the shared range. Customers requiring Windows or more specialized server configurations can instead use virtual or dedicated servers.

The VPS portfolio offers significantly more resources than ordinary shared hosting. Turbo VPS packages use Ryzen processors running at 4.0 GHz and can be configured with NVMe or larger SSD allocations. Turbo start begins with 1 vCPU, 2.5 GB RAM and either 40 GB NVMe or 80 GB SSD. Turbo mini increases this to 2 vCPUs and 6 GB RAM, while Turbo provides 4 vCPUs and 10 GB RAM. Turbo maximum reaches 6 vCPUs, 15 GB RAM and as much as 240 GB NVMe or 480 GB SSD. Turbo mini+ sits between the main configurations with 2 vCPUs, 7.5 GB RAM and 120 GB NVMe or 240 GB SSD.

Ukrainian Onebox VPS packages use Xeon E3 resources and start with 2 CPU cores, 2 GB RAM and 60 GB SSD storage. Higher configurations provide 3 GB, 4 GB, 6 GB or 16 GB RAM and storage allocations reaching 380 GB.

Hvosting also has VPS capacity in Prague, Czech Republic. Prague1 includes 2 vCPUs at 3.5 GHz, 4 GB DDR4 RAM and 80 GB SSD. Prague2 increases resources to 4 vCPUs, 8 GB RAM and 160 GB SSD, while Prague3 provides 4 vCPUs, 16 GB RAM and 320 GB SSD. Prague 3+ keeps 16 GB RAM while increasing SSD capacity to 450 GB. The Prague option is useful for customers who want their servers physically located within the European Union or closer to users in Central and Western Europe.

Dedicated Servers are available for applications that require physical hardware, stronger isolation, custom software environments or more predictable computing resources. Hvosting also provides a server configuration service and separate backup capacity. Dedicated-server backup data can be stored on equipment located in another data center and protected through RAID5.

The Domain Registration portfolio is extensive. Hvosting supports .ua, .com.ua, .net.ua, .org.ua, .in.ua, .gov.ua, .kiev.ua and numerous Ukrainian regional domains, together with international extensions including .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .name, .mobi, .fm, .tv, .pro and .me, plus selected Polish domain extensions.

A hosting test period is available during account registration, allowing customers to check compatibility before committing to a paid term. Shared-hosting customers can also move between plans without a separate plan-change fee, with the remaining balance recalculated according to the new package.

The website is available in Ukrainian and Russian, while hosting prices can be displayed in UAH, USD and EUR. An English website version does not exist. The interface has an older desktop-oriented design and some technical sections retain information from earlier generations of the infrastructure. Functionality remains extensive, but customers accustomed to modern cloud dashboards will notice the difference immediately.
