Hozzt is a Turkish hosting provider operating as a brand of PUPA Services (pupaservices.com), with activity dating back to 2006. The hozzt.com domain followed in 2008. B. Tolga Tütüncüoğlu is associated with the creation of Hozzt and the ownership/founding of PUPA Services. The business has a registered presence in the Famagusta Free Trade Zone in Northern Cyprus and a support office in Ankara, Türkiye.

Hozzt has built a fairly extensive service portfolio around the Turkish hosting market. Its services include Linux Hosting, Windows Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Corporate Hosting, E-commerce Hosting, Linux Reseller, Windows Reseller, Cloud VPS, Dedicated Servers, domain registration, domain transfers, SSL certificates, and outsourced white-label technical support for hosting resellers.
