*📜 Plan description

Performance-oriented dedicated server with an Intel Core i9-9900K processor (8 cores/16 threads @ 3.6GHz), 64 GB DDR4 RAM and a 1 TB NVMe SSD for fast storage. Supports 100 TB monthly bandwidth on a 1 Gbps uplink and includes at least one dedicated IPv4 address. Comes with 30 Gbps DDoS mitigation, dedicated IPMI/KVM access and choice of Linux or Windows OS. Well-suited for CPU-intensive tasks, virtualization labs or multi-tenant hosting environments.

All HostVenom dedicated servers use high-performance Intel or AMD CPUs and NVMe or SATA SSDs, with a 99.9% uptime SLA backed by redundant power, cooling and premium multi-carrier networks. Advanced security measures include on-site DDoS mitigation and hardware firewalls, and support agents are available 24/7 to assist with hardware and network issues. Servers are self-managed, but optional management plans and add-ons make it easy to scale or customize hardware as needs grow.

📄 Editorial Review

HostVenom is an independent US infrastructure and hosting provider operating since 2012, with its main technical operations centered in West Chicago, Illinois. The company is privately held and founder-owned, with Brandon Mazzella serving as Founder & President. Its focus is primarily on physical infrastructure, networking, dedicated servers, colocation and specialized VPS services rather than conventional entry-level shared hosting.

The current product range concentrates on bare-metal dedicated servers, colocation and Trading VPS. Game servers and lower-cost hosting are handled through the related WinterNode (winternode.com) brand. Standard shared hosting, reseller hosting and domain-registration packages are not part of HostVenom's main current catalog.

The Dedicated Server range is hosted in Chicago and relies on live hardware inventory, so configurations change as systems become available. Intel-based servers cover everything from older value-oriented Xeon and Core i7 systems to higher-clocked Core i9 and Xeon W hardware. Entry systems can begin at approximately $40 per month, while more powerful configurations increase according to processor, memory and storage specifications.

Typical dedicated configurations include 32 GB to 128 GB RAM, SATA SSD or NVMe storage, a 1 Gbps network port, 100 TB monthly bandwidth, one IPv4 address, DDoS protection and dedicated IPMI/KVM access. Custom configurations are also possible when available stock does not match a particular workload.

Linux distributions such as Ubuntu, CentOS and Debian are supported, together with Windows Server. Custom operating-system installations can also be arranged. Dedicated systems are generally provisioned within 24 to 48 hours.

The dedicated-server platform is unmanaged, making it most suitable for customers who are comfortable administering their own Linux or Windows environment. HostVenom handles the physical server and network layer, while customers remain responsible for operating-system administration, software, security updates and application configuration.

AMD bare-metal ordering also exists, although available stock can vary significantly. This makes the dedicated-server catalog more inventory-driven than providers selling a small number of permanently fixed server models.

The Trading VPS service is available from Chicago, Illinois and New York, New York. Chicago is particularly suitable for workloads requiring low latency toward CME-related infrastructure, while New York targets trading environments associated with NYSE, NASDAQ and other financial-market connectivity.

Trading VPS plans are available in Basic, Standard and Professional configurations. Resources range from two to four CPU cores running at up to 4.8 GHz, 6 GB to 16 GB RAM, NVMe storage and 9,000 GB monthly bandwidth. Network interfaces can operate at up to 10 Gbps. Windows Server Standard 2022 and Linux are both available.

The service works well with applications such as MetaTrader 4/5, NinjaTrader, TradingView, cTrader and TradeStation. Remote Desktop, dedicated resources, DDoS mitigation and performance monitoring are part of the environment, giving these VPS plans a much more specialized purpose than an ordinary budget VPS.

HostVenom also provides Chicago Colocation for customers who want to operate their own physical hardware. Single-server colocation includes 1U of shared locking rack space, up to 0.5A at 208V, a 1 Gbps network connection, 30 TB monthly data transfer and DDoS protection. Larger deployments can use full-rack arrangements with customized power, bandwidth and network requirements.

The company owns the server hardware used for its hosted services and operates its infrastructure at a deeper level than a conventional hosting reseller. Customers requiring larger deployments can also arrange 95th-percentile bandwidth, physical access and remote-hands assistance.

HostVenom has expanded its hosting activities through related operations. Fluctis Hosting became part of WinterNode and parent HostVenom LLC in 2023. Active Ready2Frag customer billing accounts were also moved into the HostVenom billing environment in February 2024 while keeping their existing pricing, billing and service availability.

Outbound email is an important restriction. HostVenom does not operate its infrastructure as an outbound email platform, and its Acceptable Use Policy prohibits using the network and IP space for outbound bulk or commercial email. Customers intending to operate mail-heavy workloads should therefore use a separate email provider.

The customer interface and service information are in English, while billing can be handled in USD, GBP, EUR, CAD and AUD.
