Its customer base reaches approximately 140,000 customers across 120 countries, while the company operates with a relatively compact team.

The current legal entity, Websoch IT Solutions LLP, was incorporated on July 27, 2015 with LLPIN AAE-4454. HostSoch itself predates this entity, with the hosting business tracing its activity back to 2012. Zita Mascarenhas is associated with the creation and development of the HostSoch brand, while Sunitha Mascarenhas and Johnson Lasrado are designated partners of Websoch IT Solutions LLP.

The service portfolio is unusually broad for a provider primarily known for low-cost Indian hosting. Linux shared hosting remains the main entry-level product. The environment combines SSD storage, LiteSpeed, free SSL certificates, website migration, SitePad and cPanel together with one-click application installation. The smallest Starter package is designed for one website and includes 1 GB storage, 5 GB bandwidth and 10 email accounts. Advanced, Business and Pro plans increase storage, traffic and website allowances considerably, with Business supporting three websites and Pro allowing unlimited websites. Shared-hosting customers can select different geographic configurations depending on the product.
